在曼哈頓區域，這個酒店裝修新，地理位置安全方便，還提供免費的洗衣房，健身房。六樓的酒廊餐廳也非常適合休閑會友。一樓相連的餐廳也是當地推薦裏不錯的餐廳。酒店從前台到保潔服務態度都很好。下次還住這裏。

이주동안 묵었는데 친절합니다. 웰컴 드링크(위스키) 1병, 커피머신 등이 있으나 조식은 따로 없었고 장박을 위한 숙소로는 별로고요 (좀 더 저렴+ 조리시설 있는 곳이 더 좋음). 앞에 브라이언트 공원 있고 치안도 꽤나 좋아요. 타임스퀘어랑도 걸어서 오분이면 갑당

Location of the hotel is great and the staff was very helpful. Free water is great. Restaurant on site is very good. Rooms are on the small side and terrace was closed for remodeling.

Ideally situated for exploring New York, opposite the public library (a good landmark if lost!) and Bryant park. Great in room toiletries, sadly no tea bags but I’m sure the lovely staff would have provided some if asked (we had bought our own and asked for a kettle in the room which they obliged). Room was spacious and clean. Sports Center well equipped. The best bit was complimentary wine hour, this was the cherry on a pretty perfect cake!

We've stayed in this hotel quite a few times. Upon checking in I was told we were being upgraded to a high floor, so thought, terrific! The room was large for NY standards, but we were looking out at close sides of office buildings with their fluorescent lights on all night. Sad and dreary. I never expected this because all other times we had rooms with beautiful open views to the library and Bryant Park.

Wonderful stay, comfortable room with a great view. Great helpful staff, we will be back for sure.

This hotel was great all around - the location is fantastic for what we needed, really central but not wildly busy. The daily wine hour is also a super welcome bonus! All the staff were absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough for you. Room was small but perfectly comfortable. Pillows were good, and windows blocked out all the noise. Really good sound proofing also - couldn't hear anything going on in the next room. The only sound came through the doors. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, central, quiet hotel with the kindest staff - we had a beautiful time, and that also thanks to Raquelle. The rooms have a view into the Bryant park and the NY Public Library, and although it is located so centrally, you are not occupied by noises from the city. And you only need ten minutes to walk to the time square / your next broadway show. It also has a great entertainment system in the room, free coffee machine, water supplies. Will definitely come back the next time I am in NYC!

Best place I’ve ever stayed in NYC. We walked everywhere unless we had luggage as it was convenient to so many places. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was stylish, comfortable and so quiet. We never once heard traffic sounds. I would stay here again in a second!

It’s not often that I give reviews on the numerous hotels I stay in/have stayed in but I was compelled to write one for this amazing, wonder and fabulous hotel that ticked all the boxes. My wife and I stayed at The Park Terrace Hotel for three nights this weekend just gone. I can honestly say that this is one of the most friendly, pleasant, clean and convenient hotels I have stayed in. The staff were very professional, courteous, welcoming and helpful the moment we stepped in the door. We were kindly upgraded as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and given a bottle of wine that was delivered to our room. Popcorn and a cold drink, together with a well stocked coffee bar was also waiting for us. There are also convenient H2O and ice stations on each floor. The service throughout at the hotel was second to none. The Hotel is conveniently located allowing you to walk to all the major attractions and transport hubs - yet situated next to a very and peaceful scenic Bryant Park allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We used the air train and the LIRR (Long Island Railroad) to and from JFK and both journeys only took 45 minutes door to door. I highly recommend this first class hotel - I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. A huge thank you to the staff at the Park Terrace Hotel for making our weekend one to remember.

I had a family issue to deal with. I’m a regular customer. Stayed there Nov, Dec, Jan, plus many times previously, and they would not credit my rooms.
