Ulasan Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway

Toilet very old and bathtub very dirty... Level 17 room 17115 bathtub no stopper. Level 19115 bathtub stopper black and dirty... The bathtub hole is stuck and blocked.. Water cannot go thru the hole.

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

The room was really spacious, and it was so convenient for going out to the mall. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious food. I'd definitely choose this place again. I originally booked it for an event I was attending, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise!

It stinks when enter the room. The furniture is dirty and old, especially the toilet, and the service personnel have been away from their posts.。will never stay anymore even free of charge. Pls refer to the picture. 😡😡😡even though after complain they had changed another room for us but also not satisfy on that room.

The room facilities are very old. It shares an elevator system with the Pyramid Hotel, but there are limited access doors, clearly making it feel like a lower-tier option. The few upsides are that the room is very spacious and the location is genuinely good. If your main purpose is shopping and you just need a place to sleep, you might consider it. Otherwise, definitely choose a better hotel! 😮💨

Location is good. Entrance is at basement. Enter through Sunway pyramid hotel n walk downstairs to basement. Room is big but old. No bed room slipper but provide basic toiletries.

The room's cleanliness was a major concern. Although we often found places with better quality and value for money, if you're not particular about cleanliness, this might be an option for you. However, our stay was truly awful.

Good location with more shops in the Subway mall. Many food restaurants with many popular cafes in the mall . Value for money and good service by staff👍👍

Stay was generally good especially the location is brilliant. Just that the receptionist were not there when I was going to check out waiting for the deposit to be refunded. Can also hear noise from above and next door room.

Cheaper than sunway hotel. Normal stay for shopping, theme park, convention event.

The tv is no channel, very boring at night time..

I brought my wife for my 3 days corporate event. I booked for 2 days. But it was a very bad experience. Clenliness was really bad. Very dusty. Ants in cabinet. the entire room lack of upkeep. i believe this is under Airbnb concept and may manage difference property owner or service provider. My colleagues got better room condition than me. Really updset and feel disappointment.

large room. always clean. But furniture a bit aging & sometimes not working properly. location is great. Will book again next time.
