My favorite boutique hotel when visiting my kids in NYC. Great intimate atmosphere. So convenient to the subway and path to Newark. There is not much of a lobby and no restaurant but there are dozens of restaurants within blocks.

It’s not cheap but the room is top clean! Lift is okay, not as bad as some comments said here. I didn’t experience any long waiting time during my 3 nights stay there. My flight departs midnight so I left my luggage there which it’s a good service.

Was perfect for what we needed. It could've been a little cleaner, and the toiletries were not excellent - glad we brought our own this time. The hotel offered free luggage storage, which was great as we arrived around 10 am. The bar closed at 11 inside the hotel & didn't serve food. :( Elevator took a while to get on since there were only 2, and they always seemed busy. It wasn't too noisy - especially for New York. Great location - Carnegie Diner was just two blocks away. Also close to Seraphina, Ellen's Stardust Diner & Times Square.

14 firefighters from Scotland all agreed it was fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel clean, in an ideal location and the staff were so helpful. The rooms had a large fridge, microwave and coffee machine! Thry even gave us a wee goody bag with water and crisps when we checked in. A couple of the guys used the gym and said it was small but ideal. It's close to the subway but I walked everywhere, sometimes on my own at night and never had any hassle. There's free tea and coffee in the foyer and big praise for the 99c pizza shop next door. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a fabulous 5 night stay at the Bryant Park Hotel, 2 adults, 2 teenager daughters. Received a lovely personal greeting from Siobhan and the team, informing us we had been upgraded. Oh what a lovely upgrade we had! Balloons, cards, notepads, chocolates, souvenirs and fizz!! The rooms were more than perfect for us! Both rooms looking over the lovely Bryant Park. Nice touch with Molton Brown toiletries and ear plugs. The hotel offered bottled water, fresh iced lemon water, coffee and muffins. All greatly received. The location is great with Bryant Park opposite. Really central to all attractions and subways. Will definitely return. Thank you Thank you Thank you xx

酒店位置環境都不錯，馬路對面就是地鐵站渡輪碼頭，走路即可到華爾街，雙子塔遺址，酒店窗口即可瞭望自由女神，碧波蕩漾。二樓餐廳早餐出品也很好，衹要點餐飲品隨飲自住。唯一遺憾就是房間太小，我們4個人入住，行李箱都不夠空間打開，但在曼哈頓寸金寸土的地方，還是可以理解的。

First, as someone who has been to NYC many times for both business and pleasure, there's very little reason to stay in Times Square. It is crowded, loud, dirty, and the novelty wears off very quickly. You'll enjoy your trip more if you stay in Chelsea, SoHo, Gramercy, etc., even if you are, say, spending a lot of time near the Broadway theaters. That said, we stayed in Times Square just to ”say we did it,” and the Renaissance was decent. Pros: - Room was relatively large by NYC standards - Housekeeping was great; daily service, plenty of towels - Good location from a public transit perspective--i.e., close to almost all major subway lines - Room had a modern feel and seemed remodeled recently-ish - Good value (by NYC standards) - The $30 a day resort fee does effectively get credited back to you through meal credits, tickets to attractions, etc. - Close to a lot of cheesy Times Square attractions, which your kids might enjoy Cons: - No bathtub in our unit (showers only) - Annoyingly have to take two elevators to get to street level. Street level lobby is very small. - If you are on lower floors (i.e., 14 and below), you will hear the din from Times Square - Restaurant is mediocre, and the staff pretty indifferent to your presence. - Agree with other reviewers that the pillows are terrible - The first floor and second floor lobbies seem a little tired - Traffic (pedestrian and vehicular) is terrible in this area

公差，公司推薦的酒店🏨。因為我們是設計部門所以會比較有創意，總部推薦了這家設計酒店真的很棒！！！環境：如果你是時尚達人，弄潮兒，這家太適合你了！入住的基本都是年輕人，整個酒店非常時尚，細節亮點，小surprise非常多。印象最深的是電梯裏的無限循環小視頻，真的太贊了。頂樓是游泳池蹦迪酒吧，晚上很high可以去玩！酒店隔音很不錯哦，放心啦啦衛生：過道很明亮，燈具也選的很好。房間剛進去略有一些霉味，基本酒店也都有，可以接受的。設施：我是king size了已經，但房間沒有很大哦。但室內設計我很喜歡！有個軟櫈長條沙發➕橢圓桌，兩個人辦公化妝都夠了。特別一提他家的床🛏！！！是我睡過這麼多酒店以來最讓我念念不忘的！！好像知道什麼牌子的床墊！真的太舒服了！！ BTW衛生間有洗髮護髮和沐浴露，牌子不錯。沒有牙刷牙膏提供哦請自帶。國外環保比較在意。服務：一般不提供早餐，但有客房服務，門口也有兩家餐廳可以從早到晚吃，伙食不錯。而且街區是很時尚的Chelsea mkt，走兩步就到了，美食天地，應有盡有！

I can’t rate this hotel higher. The views were breathtaking. The location is very simple! Making transit/travel a breeze! We checked in early, the wonderful woman at the front desk gave our son a little gift bag and we headed up to our room! Super easy check in. We loved every second of our stay here and we can’t wait to go back!!!

5 night stay for a family birthday and reunion. On arrival there was a little mix up with the booking which manager Chris & staff worked quickly to resolve to our satisfaction. The suite had oodles of space , the bed was massive and very comfy. Have in your mindset this is an older hotel , with old fashioned lifts ,decor and doors. March weather was very cold and the old, drafty windows made the rooms a little cold when the curtains were pulled open, but there’s easily operated heating in the bedrooms which you just turn on to heat the room quickly.There’s lots of space to hang up clothes.The shower was over bath and adequate.The cleaning service was very efficient with the room cleaned every morning. Complimentary bottled water, tea & coffee making facilities in room. Food at both the bar and restaurant is very tasty, especially the Irish breakfast. You can get a sense of the real will from the management and staff to get back to normal after the awful pandemic closure. All the Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. All in all a fantastic stay in a wonderful city!
