Hotel New York dengan Kolam Renang

This was my first stay at the Royalton. It is conveniently right down the street from our NYC office and my new ”go-to” hotel when I'm in town. The hotel is clean, has a great vibe, and I absolutely loved the room! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large sink and a SOAKER TUB!! The rooftop bar has a great vibe and good food. The service at the rooftop was a little slow, but it was VERY BUSY! We felt the love and enjoyed it very much.

This hotel gives Fantastic customer service, fabulous view, convenient location especially if you need to get to Newark airport easily. My husband and I could not have been greeted more warmly by Gabby at the front desk upon our arrival. Coincidently, I had spoken to Gabby a few days prior to arrival to request a late check out since we had a late flight out the next day. Not only did she remember our conversation, she had remembered when we were due to arrive and since we booked thru through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts program, she made sure to hold an upgraded room to one with a beautiful view on a high floor. The gentleman who brought us our luggage made sure to get us anything we needed. Everyone was so accommodating. I will say, the room was not large and if you are staying for a while the closet and drawer space leaves a lot to be desired, but for a night or two- no problem. The bathroom was well appointed with a stall shower and a tub. I think this is a terrific NYC hotel and I look forward to my return visit!

Great location and modern but the wait on the elevators is to much and the only reason I booked this hotel because it has a pool that I couldn't use because they where having private event . Then I asked one of the staff working if the pool was going to be open the next day and he could only say I don't know the least he could do is go to the computer and check no he told me I got to go next day and check for myself.Secon nigth at the hotel I go to the rooftop restaurant bar waited 20 min to get acknowledged by someone put my food order waited 40 min for it never arrived when I go to the bar to ask for it all they told me was that the chef colsed the kitchen early.Front desk manager resolve the pool situation the food situation was never resolved.

I was a bit daunted by reviews when booking but was pleasantly surprised. Firstly, you get what you pay for (and a bit more). It’s a hostel with private rooms, not a hotel. Once you realize that, you manage your expectations. It is in a prime location next to Central Park and a short walk to Times Square. It is near a metro station and there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The room was adequate (I booked a single room). It was clean and comfortable. Inside the room was a small tv, a small refrigerator, a desk a twin bed and a small closet area. I wasn’t too concerned about the room because I didn’t intend to spend much time in there but it was comfortable enough for my stay. The bathrooms are shared but are privately used so you don’t actually share it with anyone while using. It was always clean and regularly checked (but of course as they are shared some people clear up after themselves better than others). There were several so I never needed to wait more than a few mins. The shower pressure was fine and the water temperature was perfect for me. Even though you pay for gym and facility use when you stay, I never used them so can’t comment on them. The checkin and check out processes were easy. The staff were all friend and helpful. The building felt safe and I never felt worried about anything. I don’t really have any negatives to comment on. There was a little noise at time from other residents but that’s beyond the control of the staff etc.

Very stylish hotel with lovely staff who looked after us really well. Especially Mayerley who was really great with the kids. Generally hotels in NYC are poor value but this was a rare exception. The pool was very helpful when you have kids and the room had a big fridge, cutlery etc so we could have lots of snacks, cereals etc for jet lagged kids. Beautiful roof top bar and Turkish bath as well. Would definitely recommend and come back

My son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.
