Pangsapuri di New York

Kebersihan adalah baik dan ia berada pada tahap rantaian antarabangsa. Persekitarannya bagus, terletak di Wall Street, dan terdapat semua jenis kedai yang anda perlukan di tingkat bawah. Perkhidmatannya biasa-biasa saja. Terdapat seorang lelaki gemuk di meja depan yang mengabaikan saya semasa saya mendaftar masuk. Jelas sekali ia adalah diskriminasi (saya tidak akan menerangkan secara terperinci berdasarkan pengalaman saya di tapak). Kemudian, saya pergi ke bilik mandi dan mendaftar masuk dengan seorang lelaki kulit putih di kaunter lain, yang lebih baik. Saya tidak boleh mengatakan bahawa kemudahannya tidak baik, tetapi hanya terdapat dua lif penumpang di hotel yang mempunyai lebih daripada 40 tingkat pada waktu puncak, lif tidak datang selama 10 minit. Saya menunggu 10 minit lagi untuk turun ke tingkat bawah. Apakah pengalaman ini?

Just had another great stay (from start to finish) at the wonderful St. Regis New York. From the bellmen, to the front office staff, to the butler and housekeeping staff, to the incredible service in the King Cole Bar our stay was top notch. There are so many high end choices in the best city in the world, and you can truly never go wrong with the St. Regis. Can’t wait for our next trip back soon.

We always stay at Marriott, although I rarely use my Bonvoy membership. I always book our hotel through trip.com. The fridge had a bottle of Coke that had been drank by the previous guest. The hair dryer bag is dusty. Everything else looks good. They provide free water during check-in and a raincoat in case of rain. The breakfast seems decent for the price.

Location, hotel is good. Just the service not good in this hotel. The front desk staff not really friendly and no smile. The ground floor bodyguard is friendly and helpful. Was second time to stay in this hotel but same problem to extra charge by my credit card. Need to be careful.

The first thing I will mention is that the hotel is 5 star and is expectedly, very expensive, being in the heart of Times Square. I took this into account when writing my review. If I am paying that much, my expectations would be higher than normal. I stayed for 12 nights over the Christmas and NY period so I obtained a very comprehensive view of the hotel and everything about it. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and the staff were always there to attend to any requests and issues. The moment I got out of my transfer car, there was a lovely young gentleman waiting to get all my bags and transport me upstairs to the reception. The check-in was reasonably flawless but there was a bit of confusion around the payment because of resort fees the hotel charges daily. I prepaid my booking and there was confusion over whether it included or excluded the resort fee. The reception area is immaculately presented and the bar and restaurant are both located here. I intended to use the gym during my stay, but didn't have time to even take a peek. Nor did I visit the bar or restaurant. There's way too many options outside to do that. The very polite and courteous young gentleman then took me up to my room. He showed me everything and away he went. I got a bit of a room upgrade which I highly appreciated and had a beautiful view of Times Square. I was on the 2nd highest floor, floor 39. The room is not big. It was adequate for one person but nothing more. I don't think I would be able to stay here if I was with another person. It would be too uncomfortable and I had to find space for my 2 suitcases and carry-on. The bathroom is open plan, with a door for the shower and toilet. A big problem I had in my room was that if it was windy you will hear a loud whistle coming through the bottom of the front door. It really annoyed me. I had to take the cover off the bed and make a snake shape to block the gap underneath the door to stop the noise. Even a bath towel didn't work. They need to fix this. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very beautifully equipped, presented and maintained. I was pleased to see that most of the things I requested before I arrived (some extra bath mats, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, mini fridge, bathroom scale) were mostly there upon arrival. I quantified the number of towels I needed as I was not getting any housekeeping during my 12 night stay but I did not get the quantity requested. I expected a bit more attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. Before I arrived I was asked if I was celebrating a special occasion and Guest Services pushed up my expectations as I was celebrating a special occassion and they said something nice, I assume maybe a cake or some alcohol would be waiting for me in the room. When I arrived there was nothing. And there was never going to be anything throughout my stay. I didn't mind and only remembered towards the end of the stay. When I enquired via email I was met with silence. They

We couldn’t have asked for more from this hotel, we were a little sceptical at first reading the reviews but decided to take a chance. My girlfriend and I stayed 5 nights and had everything we needed, at the end of the day we needed a nice clean room to sleep in after a full day exploring the city. The bed was comfy, the room was a lot bigger than we expected and apart from a few minor wear and tear issues the room in general was immaculate. On arrival we payed a 150 dollar security deposit and upon checking out, this was refunded instantly (thank you it was well needed!). The hotel is really well located as it’s a 5 minute walk from Grand Central and about a 10/15 minute walk from 5th Ave which was perfect for us. The staff were all really welcoming and so helpful, they also are happy to keep your bags on the day of check out for 5 dollars, which is a bargain compared to what we heard about other hotels. There’s a coffee machine downstairs which we didn’t make use of (your in New York, make the most of the unbelievable coffee shops??) and a vending machine which was extremely handy to grab water and a snack out of at the end of a long day. All in all you pay for what you get, not luxury but definitely great for a short term stay in the city - would definitely recommend if it’s your first time travelling to New York. Great hotel stay at a v decent rate for NYC. Location accessible to Charging Bull and WTC.

I thought the room was very large (compared to some tiny NYC rooms I’ve stayed) I appreciated the view from the room and the bar. I did not notice sound in my room despite being right in the center of action in Times Square. If you like being close to tons of people (I do) then this is a great spot. If you prefer a quiet spot, be aware of the proximity to all of the people. Based on the other reviews, I double checked my bill. The credit for food was not correct. They were helpful and fixed it after I asked. The patty melt was delicious! Overall I would stay again, but was just a little annoyed that I had to request that the bill be corrected. The room was clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel with great views of Central Park. Our room was spectacular. As a Titanium Elite Member we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom Park Avenue Suite. It was absolutely stunning. The bed was comfortable and so was the living room area. So happy we decided to stay here! I was a little dissappointed as I called/emailed months ahead of time to see if there was anything that they could do complimentary for my husbands 50th birthday (cake, fruit, anything...etc...) and was told they would do something, but they didn't.
