Ulasan Kabannas Newcastle

Stayed at Kabannas Newcastle and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect — right in the city centre, close to everything. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great value for money and ideal for a short city break or night out in Newcastle.

Really great hostel. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. The shower is great too. I always try and stop here when travelling for work.

Very out of the way. Rather pricy for the basic room. No reception staff, had to go to busy loud bar to get a member of staff. Who gave us a key and then walked away. Communal drinks area was dirty. Loud music till midnight. So hardly slept.

Very impressed with everything. Much better than I thought it would be due to being advertised as a hostel. Food was also really nice and staff very helpful. Bit difficult to find if walking from train station however once you find it, its easy to get your bearings and a pretty ideal location for city centre and shops. Definately recommend!

The hostel is nice. The bathroom in the dormitory was a little bit lacking and it took 3 hours to figure out how to turn off the lights (small switch on the lamp's body). The staff was really lovely, and the location is great!

Room is full cold. No heaters .

Great location and for the price cannot fault the hotel friendly and helpful staff facilities were basic but again reflects in the price drink prices were reasonable especially as they do an happy hours

The location is a bit far from the city center, and you have to pass through an abandoned building before reaching the hostel. Additionally, the toilet is somewhat humid.

Lovely facilities. Staffs were friendly and the services was awesome. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

It’s good

Three people stayed in a quad room (one double bed + one bunk bed, with private bathroom and toilet). It was very clean and quiet, and coffee, tea, and other hot drinks were available free of charge 24 hours a day. The staff were friendly. The hotel is close to the Flixbus stop, only a 3-minute walk away. It's also very convenient to get to the city center for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel...will definitely stay again.

The reception staff treated us rudely and showed no respect for guests because of a mere 50-minute delay in checking out. Therefore, I do not wish to book this accommodation again. Thank you.
