Will never book with this company again. Terrible organisation, terrible communication and terrible support service! We booked this apartment in the city centre specifically because it was in an ideal location and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We were told that someone would contact us in the morning with the check in details, but no one did. When we arrived at the apartment at the check in time, we still had not been provided with any check in details so we were stranded outside. When we tried calling the contact number several times, there was no answer. After 45 minutes we finally got in touch with someone who was quite abrupt and unhelpful. She said that there was a problem with our accommodation so we had been “upgraded” to another place which we were told was a 10 minute walk away. We were then stood for another 45 minutes waiting for them to send over the address of the new place, when we called to ask for an update, our calls were being declined. When we were finally sent the new address after 2.5 hours of waiting, we discovered it was actually on the outskirts, a 46 minute walk from our original accommodation. We ended up having to buy a Metro card to commute to and from the city and were refused any reimbursement for the cost of the tickets as we had a “complimentary upgrade” which we did not ask for. When we arrived at the “upgraded” accommodation, we were disappointed to find that both lamps in the front bedroom did not work, the lamp in the rear bedroom also did not work, the toilet was leaking and the toilet seat was loose, and to top it off there were lipstick stains on the wine glasses and several cigarette butts in the garden. We are appalled with the service we’ve received and having looked at other reviews, it seems we are certainly not the first people who have experienced this!
