Newmarket

Nice inn, lovely room. Booked in advance and got a great deal. Easy to check in, lovely view from the room, and free parking in the local car park!! Fantastic all round. Check in and check out were easy and colleagues there were polite and efficient.

Accommodation was as per standard Premier Inn, okay with more than normal noise from other rooms, but bearable. I’m the morning I came done for breakfast and joined a queue waiting to be seated and fairly empty restaurant (8:30am). After waiting about 10 minutes for a member of staff to appear I walked past the queue of people and made my way to a table. I found the staff having a chat and a coffee around the corner and told them of the queue. I then waited another 10 minutes or so for someone to come and check my room number and take an order. Still not luck and could find any staff in the restaurant so went to reception to order to be told I’d have to find the hiding staff in the restaurant. I managed to order eventually but this was bloody ridiculous. I would have complained at reception on my way out but now it was their time to hide and I was also running late after playing hide and seek with the restaurant staff. Not happy!!!

Always stay here for the horse sales I have to say the staff are great they go above and beyond. Don’t often eat in the restaurant but did this time breakfast was great cooked freshly and promptly and dermott was super efficient.So hotel clean warm and just what you need for brief hotel stay

Lovey stay clean and warm staff friendly and helpful we stayed here when visiting family.It was convenient near to shops and restaurants.Would definitely come back the beds very comfortable we stayed in a prem plus room so nice to have fridge etc just the little touches .

Really had a nice stay at Newmarket the staff friendly the manager Amanda was lovely and helpful stayed for hen wk end had chocolate and wine added to my room which was lovely thought.Rooms clean and comfy nothing to complain about keep doing what your doing
