Room was not clean, blood stain on sheets, and front desk staff were quite rude. Housekeeping staff were nice and location was great!

This is a very rundown property with little or no apparent maintenance. Not at all good for brand image of Motel 6. If this was the only Motel 6 where you’d ever stayed, you’d probably never stay at another one. In its favor, cheap, decent location, easy parking

We could not remain in the room for 2 minutes . It smelled like extreme mold and the front desk matter of factly offered a can of lysol ( no speaking, no eye contact, just handed it off) . The main lobby was extremely cluttered, dirty and the chairs were not clean. There is a sign by front desk that says, that you can request a refund within 15 minutes, so we didn't hesitate. The glass door at the entrance along with the window around it, was very, very greasy and dirty. I cannot believe that this hotel is able to exist without reprimand . I am a health care professional and feel completely comfortable stating that this is NOT a healthy environment.

motel has change from the lobby to rooms everything clean new desk look nice also most thing i love is my spanish workers they are great friendly the gm it’s great always smiles never see her mad or nothing i ask her for places and towels always very polite

This is a basic clean no frill Motel 6. It is extremely convenient in a shopping center with a laundromat next door. There is a Walmart, TJ Maxx, liquor store, grocery store, multiple restaurants and dollar store. The floors are laminate and the large desk with cubbies is very convenient. It is a very active motel with 76 rooms, so there is wear and tear. The staff is friendly, efficient, and competent. They are very conscious of security. If you see the police there if there is a problem, then they are doing their job. Bring your own towels or buy some next door at Walmart or TJ Maxx if you are fussy. The money you save is worth more than some free tiny bottles of shampoo and body lotion.

The staff has been absolutely amazing with customer service, from check in to daily needs. Rooms are very comfortable and very conveniently located while in town for work. Highly recommend for any stay

Clean, staff is very professional, rooms are really good for the price, also there are many stores and restaurants in the area plus a walmart next to the hotel. Location is just perfect, and the staff is so nice they make you feel at home.

This location has gone completely downhill. We have stayed at this location several times over the past 30 years. First off, I reserved a handicapped room, but when we went to check-in I was told none were available. They stuck us up on the 2nd floor. On top of that they were resurfacing the parking lot so we could not even park anywhere near the room. About an hour after we checked in the smoke alarm in our room started to go off and did this repeating every couple of hours. There was no fire - only a defective alarm. The only way to turn it off was for my handicapped husband to stand on a chair to reset it. I was not tall enough to reach the button. So that night we got absolutely no sleep. We requested another room for the second night and was told that none were available. Then day of check out I requested a late check out til noon but was told NO!! I tried to explain what had happened and the desk clerk could have cared less. Then on top of that she and housekeeping harassed us until we left. She called the room several times and sent housekeeping up to pound on our door. She also came up pounding on the door threated to call the police and security to have us removed. This was still about 45 minutes before the 11:00 AM check out time. We quickly got our belongings together made our long trek down to our car. Only to find what looked like a homeless person sitting on the sidewalk next to my car (he was actually sitting in the handicap ramp so my husband could not use it). Plus, he was in his pajamas smoking pot and screaming to his mother on the phone. It is clear that this location has become a home for low-income individuals. We paid close to $250 a night to stay in a slum and I believe we were harassed only because we are WHITE.

Our room was very clean , staff were very professional, It’s a very convenient location, I will definitely use this hotel more often where ever we go in that area plus I will definitely recommend to others Thanks you

when the POLICE ARE IN THE HALLWAY AND SAY DONT STAY HERE LISTEN !!! Disgusting would be a compliment ! NO HOT WATER ,STAINED GREASY SHOWER TOILET MOVED, AC BROKEN ,OLD CHICKEN BONES ON FLOOR Had no choice due to an obligation the next day and late check in,slept on top of bed in clothing!!!!

So I checked in as an international visitor to Newport Rhode Island on Wednesday 30th May and I will be checking out Thursday 1st June. First issue I had was there was a mix up with the reservation and so the card was charged for 1 night's stay unbeknownst to me. So after leaving the hotel for a few hours, when I attempted to enter the key card was not working. When to front desk attendant to inquire, only to be told they checked me out. So I asked for the reason and was told I had only paid for 1 night and my belongings were thrown into a clear garbage bag and was on the floor behind the desk. In the garbage bag was my opened bag of chips, my water, my pajamas that I had left hanging in the bathroom, my wash cloth, my personal care items and my backpack. So I made the payment and was put into another room. Only you discover that the person who conveniently pack my things stole the charger for my IPhone 13 pro. Went to front desk and the lady with an extra serving of hips is telling my because she was not on duty there is basically nothing she can do. So in the morning I will be traveling with a dead phone. It's disheartening to know that the staff at this motel6 would stoop so low as to steal a phone changer. I asked for compensation for my stolen item and not even that the unprofessional attendant can manage to arrange. I plan to write to their corporate offices to complain about my experience.

This location is great . Room is good clean and staff is excellent . Lots of shopping and restaurant near by . Walmart is right next door. This is not the down town hotel though . If you looking budget option but good accommodation then this is for you . If you wants to see water from the window go to down town .

If you have a Death Wish stay here-it is the unsafest, dirtiest place I have ever stayed in.. the window locks were broken, the police were in the lobby for a major fight and motel6 had the nerve to charge over $200!!!DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS OR TRAVEL SITES ..if you have the option of staying here or sleeping in your car-SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!!! Drive away and don’t look back..
