I cant express my deepest gratitude for the incredible hospitality we received from Mr Herman and his entire Team here at @jumbojunctioncamp From the moment we arrived until the moment we were about to depart , every member of his team made us feel extraordinarily welcome and comfortable. I particularly want to commend @jumbojunctioncamp Family for the exceptional care and attention they gave to my toddlers . Traveling with such a large family can be challenging, but their team went above and beyond to ensure we all had a wonderful experience. The warm welcome, the thoughtful accommodations, and the personal touches throughout our stay were truly remarkable. They Taylor made our entire stay and planned our activities to our every request, prepared Halaal dining options as far as they could source and made an effort to maintain a high standard."♥️ My children felt safe and at~home with the incredible team’s kindness, patience, and professionalism. They even went the extra mile to babysit the toddlers and keep them busy while we were away on our equestrian ride ♥️ Nothing went unnoticed. You all truly made our stay memorable and allowed us to make the most spectacular and loving memories.. We had the great joy of staying two nights at Jumbo Junction. From the first moment we felt like we were with family. The guides EQ, Baruti and Monoso were terrific and so driven to help us see everything. We saw alot. Male Lion with his Buffalo kill, a leopard hunting (ambushing warthogs), zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, hyena with a warthog kill, hyena cubs, elephants, a honey badger and so much more. The mokoro ride was perfect. They poled us to a hippo pool and then a sundowner on a nearby island. I’ve done many mokoro rides and this was by far the best. Even if we hadn’t seen so many animals, just spending time with Herman and his family would have been enough. They were so accommodating and Herman went out of his way to have my wife’s lost luggage flown in from Maun. The location of Jumbo Junction is unique as the interaction with cattle, nearby villages and the wildlife is a much needed perspective.

The staff were excellent, lovely lodge, excursions were very good. Welcome drink and cool towels were very welcoming. Because of the time of year (October) water levels very low, so all excursions were 1/2 hour drive in safari Jeep and a river crossing to reach excursion Jeep. Elephants galore, saw a leopard, lions, hippos, tons of birds. Only complaint was there was no netting on beds, bathrooms had slat flooring where bugs could easily access bedroom and did….food was like home cooking, very tasty! Pool was cool and very refreshing after a hot day on the trails!

Fantastique place! Owners great host, also very careful in satisfying all desire; location super and Safari activities , both land and water just top. We were in 4 families, 19 people all good travellers, and we enjoied particularly our stay. Strongly suggested.

We had the privilege as four friends to spend very special quality time with Herman, Louise, their kids and staff members. It was a very blessed time and most definitely worth the trip. Everything they had us experience was a once in a lifetime special occasion. Our sincerest thanks and deepest prayers accompany Herman, Louise et al.

We were there as guests of the owners, therefore no comment on the value of our stay. Being on the edge of the Okavango floodplains., this is a very special location with the interesting interplay between communities and conservation - cattle grazing with zebras, lion chasing cattle, elephant grazing in between communities. Truly a wonderful experience!

The 12 of us had a great time at Jumbo Junction. The mokoro safaris were unique! The tents were very comfortable and the food was very good. The guides, the trackers and the whole staff were really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We really had an amazing experience. Much appreciated.
