Staff almost can not speak english. difficult to communicate.

Nice hotel with friendly stalf in good location just across the road from beach. I had a saview room on high floor. Breakfast was disappointing and limited.

Nice hotel, with a great view. Hope come back soon in nearest future.

그리깨끗하지않았습니다. 오래된모텔수준. 위치는 바닷가바로앞. 시설은 낡은모텔(자는데 화장실물이터져서 새벽에일어나서 수숩하는데 잠못잠) 아침식사 베트남현지화된식사.(먹을게없음) 직원들서비스 그냥그냥.

這個價格也就這樣了，不能追求更多

시내랑 조금 거리가 있어서 시끄럽지도 않고 너무 좋았어요! 다음에 또 베트남 방문하게 된다면 또 이용할거같아요! 직원분들도 친절하시고 좋았습니다

因為打掃，拖延入住

Melissa is close to the beach, you only have to cross the highway and walk about 2 minutes and you’re at the beach. There are shops nearby and easy to book grab when you need one. Facilities wise, the pool seemed forgotten (maybe because i went there in Dec) so no one wants to swim w/ how windy it was and was a bit chilly too. The breakfast is decent and they clean up the room daily - not thoroughly though and they dont change sheets unless you request for it. I had to coz i stayed 6 nights. When i checked in, i had to call the reception to send someone to sweep the floor since there’s a lot of hair and food bits and other dirt. The staff are the best because they’re so courteous and accommodating.

Everything it’s very good about staff. Security, reception is very nice but the hotel do not have bellman. In the room, it isn’t have iron, minibar is not set up price. The swimming pool is very small and no lifeguard staff. The breakfast is not many option, very little food. However, I still can enjoy with the good things. I will comeback as soon as possible upon come to Nha Trang. Thank you mấy chú Security for your help.

Staff very unfriendly on arrival, we were not offered a welcome drink. Breakfast service and food was ordinary. We did not see any staff smile during our stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone p

I had stayed there twice a year yet for my vacation. This hotel was a comfortable place to staying in, joying a view of the sea and chilling out in whole. The beach was located in front of the hotel. You should only cross out the street to reach it. Be careful of Vietnamese traffic, raise your hand and go slowly. If you have a bike, there is no problem getting to any destinations that you need from a hotel. You should know that the hotel has small parking only for bikes. It seemed that it was only for their staff. But an administrator can allow you to park your bike. Our room was large, so we could do yoga exercises in front of the window. At night when everything is getting ready for sleep, you can hear the noise of the sea. For me, the person who loves quiet, it was unusual. Luckily, those days were packed, as soon as my head touched a pillow I fall asleep after some minutes.
