The hotel is located across the beach. Very good for morning walks and swim. Hotel staffs are nice. Very good customer service. A special thanks to Rosie that check us in.

We stayed four nights at this place The first night was at the 5th floor which is quite noisy with the street and the beach bars around We spent the 3 others nights at the 24th floor after requested a move to the hotel stuff (they did a good job proposing us several options) The view at the 24th floor is just amazing The room is confortable and quite large The hotel has a swimming rooftop as well perfect for chilling It’s situated very near the beach (just need to cross the road) It was my birthday and the hotel stuff offered me a birthday cake (very nice from them) 😁

Great location. Able to walk to all landmaks. Several kind of breakfast. View from rooftop pool is the best. However, staff at reception was so confuse.

Location is good. Min walk to the night market and lots of eateries. Breakfast is good spread. The room and view is WOW!! Got the suite room hence you have 2 views! Unfortunately they do not have free use sun bed at the beach. Even gave quite a big birthday cake as a surprise for hubby’s birthday!

The location is very nice and hotel is good quality. In our room , fridge was not cold enough. The phone didn’t move so we wasted of our time and that was little bit annoying . The hotel should be better. It’s worth staying there though. I can recommend the hotel. And Breakfast Buffet was good enough.

Breakfast not bad, towel is dirty and very very old, shampoo is sooo sorry ;(. No open window. Location and view best

it was 10/10!!! my amazing 8 nights in this hotel. staff were so kind and friendly here! adorable view from my room made me happy every single day. There are a lot of people but i didn’t heard any noise and slept well every night. Breakfast was good also, especially vietnamese coffee ☺️🫶🏻 I will never forget this small trip to Nha Trang!

Seem they have a party in front of the hotel, and I heard every single words they slip out, can’t sleep till party is over at 11 PM

Very well located, near the beach. The room was very spacious and had everything you would expect. The room was clean however the towels were like rags almost, with stains on them. Not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. When I've checked in they said that the buffet will have vegan options but once I was there there was no English speaking staff and just pointed me to some bananas and watermelon. How difficult is to mark your food as vegetarian/vegan so people know what to eat? I ended up not eating anything after paying for breakfast. I went to a proper vegan restaurant to eat.
