The hotel room is clean, nice and staff is super friendly. Good location. We definitely come back here .

Good hotel, will pick it again. Check out was super slow, and they wanted to check the room and there was nothing anyway in the room, no mini bar. Strange

average hotel, not good breakfast

A most pleasant surprise! The first impression isn't much: The hotel lobby is decorated with cheap-quality rattan furniture, and it isn't even air-conditioned. However, the room turns out to be very nice: Well equipped with all the basic comforts one would need, including a frig, good-connection Wi-Fi, a reclining rattan sofa with ottoman, bath robe, plus a small balcony with a coffee table and two chairs and a good view of the South China Sea. The location of the hotel is also quite nice, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, and a 5-minute walk to the beach and water front. The staff is most friendly, and try their very best to be helpful, even though most of them do not understand English too well. The electrical outlets near the desk aren't designed properly, but the problem is fixed soonest I have informed the Front Desk. Breakfast is average, but fair enough. Just two minor negative points: 1) Breakfast is until 09:30, but they staff would start turning off both the lights as well as air-conditioning at around 09:15 even though there are still guests eating; and 2) the Laundry List is in both Vietnamese and Russian, no English! It is apparent that the hotel must have housed lots of Russian guests in the past, but perhaps now is the time to have English included as well. All in all, a great value for the money; I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Clean place to stay for vacation.

위치가 정말 너무 좋네요. 밤비행기타고 늦은 도착했는데 근처에 문 연 식당도 많고 해변도 가깝고 방도 넓어서 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류가 많지 않아서 기대 안하셔도 되지만 가까운 거리에 맛집이 워낙 많아서 괜찮네요~

위치는 훌륭했다.조식도 리뷰를 보고 걱정했던것과 달리 괜찮았다. 하지만 우리는 방을 배정받고도 바로 사용할수 없었다.그 방은 너무 더워 우리는 사우나에 있는것 같았다. 에어컨이 작동되는 시간동안 우리는 호텔밖에서 시간을 보내야만했다. 예약을 하고 간다는것에 의미가 없다고 느낄정도였다. 이 숙소는 예약한 손님에 대한 준비가 없었다. 그리고 수영장은 조치가 필요하다. 여과장치는 작동하지 않았고 물은 매우 더러웠다. 그 예쁜 호텔 시설을 왜 그리 방치 하는지 이해가 안갈뿐... 짐 또한 훌륭한 시설이었지만 사용은 히지 말라는건지 꽉찬 열기로 고무타는 냄새가 난다고 느낄 정도였다. 직원들은 매우 친절했다. 그들은 열심히 요구사항을 들었지만 모든건 바로 해결되지 않았다. 결정권자인 매니저는 본인의 일을 하지 않는것 같다. 그리고 미리안내받지 못한 디파짓이 있었다. 어떤 설명도 없이 여권을 돌려주지 않아 무척 불쾌했다. 여권이 디파짓임을 질문후 알게 되었고 우린 돈을 내고 여권을 돌려받을수 있었다. 난 이 호텔이 자신들의 장점을 더 잘 이끌어내서 더 사랑받는 장소가 되길 바란다

2泊しました。ナイトマーケットやニャチャンビーチの中心部で、アクセスやロケーションはいいです。部屋はこの数年以内に改装したのではないかと思いますが、エアコンが効かず2回部屋を代わりました。部屋の大きさとエアコンの機能が合っていないんだと思います。他の宿泊客がフロントで苦情を言っているのを見かけました。値段を考慮すると食事も残念です。もう少しフルーツの種類があるかヨーグルトがあるか、生野菜は種類がありますが甘いマヨネーズしかないのでドレッシングでもあと2種類位あれば良かったかなぁ〰️と思います。

Останавливались в отеле уже не первый раз.. и выберем Green world hotel снова, как будем отдыхать во Вьетнаме. Отель все так же хорош, как и был до ковида. Конечно, есть небольшие изменения, но думаю, со временем Green world восстановится в полную силу. В номерах чисто, красиво, уборка ежедневно, горячая вода постоянно, сантехника работает отлично, есть все необходимое для личной гигиены. Завтраки хорошие, как европейские , так и местная кухня. Мы очень любим этот отель и обязательно вернемся в него еще раз!

Lễ Tân check out rất tệ. Ưu tiên làm khách đoàn, cho khách chờ đợi trả phòng gần 30 phút. Khách sạn 4 sao mà như nhà nghĩ rất thiếu chuyên nghiệm. RẤT TỆ
