Incredible value for money. Very low price for a comfortable but basic room with everything you need. It would be better if guests were told in advance about the following; -The 'reception' is in the restaurant -This is a condo, not a hotel -guests are expected to leave their passport for the duration of the state or pay one million dong deposit

Room needs a deep cleanse as it contained many stains. Elevators are absolutely a downer on the experience - they take forever in each direction. No amenities to speak of, but the location is extremely convenient. Staff is great as well.

The location is very good, 1 min to the one of the nicest beaches of nha trang. Rooms are clean and very decent, but you should choose wisely cos some of them are less maintained. Absolute value for money. I will stay again!

Extended this place is fantastic weekend away, rooms are so clean Great TV and Wifi. The grounds are really well kept, and a supply of quality bath size towels to hand. The continental breakfast is very good. The owner is so friendly and helpful.

It’s all about location, super convenient next to the beach, breezy, bunch of grocery shops and cafes on your door step. Cleanliness - usual Vietnamese, deep clean, some maintenance and more attention to details needed. Overall perfect money value

Its hard to find the reception - it's in the steakhouse. The hotel isn't a hotel but a shared apartment block with small studio rooms.

The other room is spacious and I can check in on time . Staffs are friendly .
