It was a nice hotel for a nice price at a prime location. Our flight got canceled and we just decided to extend our stay here for another night. Another good thing is that if your flight is late in the evening, you can have a decent late check-out until 6 pm for less than a half price (seems to be a common practice in town). Breakfast is good and kids love the pool for kiddos.

We enjoyed the family suite as nice and spacious….breakfast was ok but gets a bit boring if staying there for a long time, my kids were disappointed with no orange or apple juice and no pancakes but good egg selection. Could never get a towel at the pool but gym had everything I needed. Great location as close to beach and a variety of restaurants close by.

Center of the city, Hotel lobby and room all clean and feel comfortable. I Love Ibis.

The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and all the necessary amenities. Good cleaning service, comfortable rooms. What I didn't like: poor WiFi, breakfasts focused on Asian cuisine.

Good location, you can take off bus from airport, many local food around there

City centre, very basic hotel and service that you would get, nothing bad nothing impressive, good for 1 or 2 nights stay. But if you are looking for service and holiday vibe you might want to pay a bit more price for a better hotel in Nha Trang. Breakfast again is basic, would rather eat out.

- Fast check in - Swimming pool, kid's club, fitness are located on 3rd floor - Close to the beach - Easy to explore in-town attractions and shopping areas. Actually, it cost not much for going anywhere by GRAB. Breakfast is ok for Asian not for sure for Western Highly recommeded

Good location, clean, breakfast is ok, but the room quite small.

This is the worst experience I have ever meet, the bed is too small, maybe 1m width and let 2 adults and 2 7-year-old boy stay even it is booked by travel company, don’t they know how small it is? why sell this twin room to 4 person? We checked in 2 am so it is too late and we didn’t ask to move, but the two adults almost fallen down to project kids who slept in the middle. And second day we changed to connecting rooms with one king and one twin, then 4 of us can sleep well. But the reception is very unprofessional, our group 81 person with 3 days breakfast included which booked by travel company, but during the move she didn’t put breakfasts to any of our room, and she didn’t tell us both room no breakfast! And second day our group 3 bus left at 9am, when we go down 8:30 for breakfast, the restaurant reception also very unprofessional, she asked me to go down to reception to ask why, why she not ask from phone? It is hotel internal communication issue, why should clients go to ask, and I only have 30 min to have the breakfast, and it is the second day of our stay, we will stay one more night, and this restaurant supervisor even reply an unprofessional answer said that he is not on duty yesterday, can not check yesterday record that first day my room with breakfast or not. This totally made me mad, my team 81 person everyone can take breakfast but I changed to from twin room to another twin room can not have breakfast, especially tour guide is waiting downside and the bus is leaving after 20 min Then I didn’t care what this two staff saying and walk inside to have breakfast directly. During this ten minutes, my mood from nice to mad, from gently explain to mad shouting, and many of my workmates came down for breakfast too, they saw my mad situation, this is terrible. And after 3 minutes, another staff walk to me when I’m eating, I really have no time to explain and told him to check with my tour guide, my time is lost and my mood is bad, I don’t wanna shout more during eating And in the evening they give free fruits to say sorry but this experience deeply go in heart and I don’t wanna go Vietnam again, at least not this hotel any more. I worked in hotel industry for 4 years before, this hotel service or staff training and emergency issue handle really bad and need improvement

Hotel location is good, walking distance to the beach, and night market. Very near to the square. Around hotel there is alot of restaurant and convenient stall with walking distance. Room is clean and breakfast is good.
