Very good value for money. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a good bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and transportation. Breakfast offered a decent variety and everything was well organized. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable option. I would happily stay here again.

1. AC does not go any lower than 23 °C. They claimed all rooms are like this because if it goes lower, then water apparently drips through the vents. I requested a refund (through the OTA I booked) for remaining nights so I could change hotels. But the hotel when contacted by the OTA, flat out denied my request. They (hotel mgnt) than called me the next morning to try and make up for it with comp breakfast and a 15 min foot massage. Both of which are not beneficial to me as I don't like foot massages and I don't eat breakfast. Plus neither are going to help with the level of comfort in the room. 2. The floor in my room, felt like it had not been cleaned/mopped properly. So I did not walk in my bare feet. Nor did the desktop seem totally clean and wiped down. 3. I had an empty ice bucket with light garbage in it outside my room. When they delivered a second bucket of ice, they didn't even remove the old one. It was still outside my door the next morning. 4.. No towels in the gym. So there is no way to wipe down / sanitize the equipment before or after use . Which is kind of gross quite frankly, so everyone just sweats all over the equipment, that's great. 5. Pool Area: It doesn't open until ridiculously late.@ 9am!!! For such a big hotel, they don't have enough seating. They could easily fit 10 more loungers, if placed appropriately. But probably too cheap to do so. The awning over the 'double beds' (on the right) needs serious replacement. I've never seen so much rust! Overall, it's a nice pool itself, if you can secure a seat. 6. The WiFi isn't the greatest. A lot of buffering going on, so don't expect to be able to stream videos consistently 7. Don't get your laundry done in the hotel, as it's over priced. I got same day service around the corner (3 min walk) for a small load and cost me $3 (CAD). If I had it done at the hotel, it would've cost $9!! Came across 2x rather large cockroaches, according to Google Lens, potentially German Cockroaches. 1 was dead in one of the stalls and the second still live and crawling! 9. The only positives I could find are: the location of the hotel, the sea view from my room, the drapes do a pretty good job keeping the light out in the morning. Although they could use some serious cleaning. They actually felt kind of filthy when trying to adjust them. And the shower has adequate water pressure I was already not planning on returning to this property, but after item number 8, it is a 1000% hard pass on stepping foot back into this place.

The hotel is a bit dark, but it's manageable. I'd recommend it more for a half-night stay. I wouldn't really recommend it for an entire trip, to be honest. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Purely in terms of room quality, it's definitely not as good as the Ibis Styles hotels I've stayed in before in Thailand, or even the regular Ibis. The room looked a bit dated, but it was still acceptable. Having a pool at this price point and hotel type is a bonus. Although it's not a direct beachfront view, the location is excellent; it's convenient to go anywhere and very close to the beach. They provide toothbrushes and non-disposable flip-flops, but when I called to ask for a razor, I was told they don't provide them.

The hotel is clean and affordable, and the room has a slight sea view. A big plus is its proximity to the beach, just a 3-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Just stayed for four nights and had an enjoyable stay. Whilst the hotel is a very busy spot I had no issues with noise in the room and slept well on a very comfortable bed, room size good with plenty of hot water. The breakfast area is busy with reasonable choices and I found enough to last me until the afternoon. Pool area nice and a basic gym, overall a good choice for the price. The Four Seasons shop next door is very handy with good quality products.

Close to the city center, the room is spacious and clean, with staff cleaning it every day. There's a Four Seasons mart right downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping.

Okay, an overcrowded lobby, strange rules regarding the swimming pool. On the top of that, the welcome was rude, but they did a good job not taking money for an early check in and they also brought some fruit as an apology

Ibis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old. Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception feels uncomfortable. On first floor convenience store and restaurant. For people who like Nha Trang is convenient location, but for us is uncomfortable, sorry… And on reception they ask 50 $ for deposit, hard to understand why?!

The hotel was very nice and close to the sea. The cleanliness was also excellent. Highly recommended!
