Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

Stepping into the grandeur of the reception hall, I was enveloped by a wave of warmth and hospitality emanating from the staff like a gentle ocean breeze. Among them, stood out Miss Yen Nii, a paragon of professionalism and beauty, with an aura of kindness that embraced us throughout our check-in journey. Her assistance was not just service; it was a symphony of care and attention that resonated with gratitude in my heart. As we parted ways at the end of our transaction, her smile lingered like a treasured memory that beckoned me to return once more. The resort itself was a paradise nestled against a pristine white sandy beach, offering vistas that were nothing short of breathtaking. The allure of Vinpearl Wonderland and the myriad activities at hand added layers of excitement to our stay, painting each moment with vibrant hues of joy and adventure. My stay at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang was akin to stepping into a vibrant tapestry woven with threads of luxury, serenity, and boundless joy - an experience etched in my memory forevermore.

Good palace. But weather is so bad time January  And my son was sick at children's pool  But they don't pay hospital money 😭

This hotel boasts a great location, friendly reception Annie and Bellman always smiling /don't know the name/, and efficient service, ensuring a comfortable stay. All the things near by hotel commencing from Shopping center /Vincom plaza/, spa and massagae / Coconut and Nha Trang VIP/, beach club /Sailing club/, coffee shops / Starbucks, Highlands, Phuc Long/ etc... We would love to come again.

Checked in early evening and the room with all my requests were ready. I got a beautiful high-floor ocean view which I booked, clean linen, a separate bathtub, and a shower room with all the needed amenities. The room is spacious enough. The hotel is connected to Nha Trang Central shopping mall. Next block is Lotto, another famous shopping mall. Try the hotel gym which is also the California Fitness. The pool is nice. The morning breakfast is always crowded with people and the food is slow in refilling. If some popular fruits or food are gone, they were either not replaced or replaced with something else. I would say that the management needs to do something with the breakfast. Breakfast is good for everyone's needs. The hotel staff provides good service. For my next trip, I will choose this hotel again.

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

This is an extraordinary hotel. The services, including in the restaurants, are top level, while the rooms are beautiful. The location is also very good, just across the street from the beach. Great views from our room balcony. There are only a few glitches. The breakfast is overburderdened; simply too many people at breakfast at once. One idea for the management would be to introduce a small charge for breakfast, which would quickly cut the number of guests breakfasting in the hotel. The other issue is the elevators. Due to breakfast assault and departures, the wait for an elevator may be quite long in the morning.

Here is good for relax resort nearby city center. Easy to go to city center if you want. Just a little old resort area but it can cover by price. No expect high level of resort, here is convenient and reasonable resort nearby city center.

缺一次性拖鞋，換房間掉了u盤在書桌上，在沒新客人入住情況下，才幾個小內就找不到，主要是前台一直敷衍處理，開始說有人入住，被磨了很久才同意我去室內找

Fantastic value, including a free upgrade. Newly refurbished and very comfortable. What a shame so many small aspects of the hotel are below par for a five-star hotel: - internet consitently very bad in room - Aircon not on in corridors and reception - swimming pool not accessible for adult fitness swimming: it has lanes across for kids, for 24hrs (although I saw no kids). - very cheeky policy on bottled water: two paid bottles in the fridge are the same cheap brand as the free water outside the fridge. Easy to make a mistake and pay high price for bad water. It's sad that hotel management play these tricks for a few thousand dong; it makes guests feel they are being manipulated. - a number of staff wer unable to understand even a few basic words of English (like 'toilet' or 'egg').
