Hotel Pantai di Nha Trang

Saya seorang lelaki berusia 40 tahun yang tinggal di Bandar Ho Chi Minh dengan dua anak lelaki yang hanya menulis ulasan mengenai tempat-tempat yang saya sangat suka pada waktu berikutnya atau saya sangat membencinya. Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

Vinpearl exceeded our expectations with excellent service. Our stay was truly delightful, thanks to the attentive and courteous staff. The breakfast offered an array of high-quality options. I must commend Vinpearl for their exceptional handling of a situation when our room's air conditioner malfunctioned. Upon our return in the late afternoon, we discovered a thoughtful message accompanied by complimentary fruits as a sincere apology. 💯 Thank you!

Perfect location, just in front of the sea. After 9pm it's becoming loud because of the lounge bar on the beach. Pay attention to that before booking if you care about that. Breakfast were included and that was so delicious. Buffet, so you can choose any food and drinks you want to. The only minus for me was a Wi-Fi. It was disconnected every 10 min. However, they have a good WiFi at the lobby. They provide towels and there's free lounge chairs on the beach for hotel guests. They speak English, someone more that others, therefore they find someone to help you.

В принципе, на фоне нашего следующего отеля, Алана очень хороший отель) Единственное, он маленький, не похож на фото. Мы проживали там с 25.12.2022г по 31.12.2022г Номера чистые, особо ничего сломанного не было, единственное, холодильник тарахтел очень громко) Переплачивать за номер с видом на море нет смысла, так как вид будет частичный, частично вид перекрывает отель Винпёрл, который находится перед Аланой. В отеле персонал не очень говорит по английски, но есть великолепная русская девушка Анна, которая поможет в любой ситуации. Детская комната в отеле не очень, бассейн тоже, находится на крыше, а мы были в ветреный сезон и вход туда был закрыт из за ветра. Завтрак нам понравился, выбор был хоть и не большой, но всё съедобное и главное вкусное! Расположение хорошее, очень близко к морю, рядом супермаркет с едой и ТЦ, кофейни. От отеля предоставляется ваучер на бесплатные шизлонги на побережье и полотенце. У нас в номере не было ванны, была прозрачная стена с душем, не очень прикольно) В общем всё ничего, если бы не коронавирус который подпортил бизнес, много чего закрыто(

I loved Nha Trang and LeMore offered its charm and location which contributed to our feelings. Nha Trang has so much beauty, restaurants and activities to offer and the LaMore did its best to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Staff were helpful with any taxi or booking requirements.

Stayed here many times over the years. Not sure why but one can see a visible decline in service and facility upkeep. There is no one to assist you with your luggage. The common areas lack adequate air conditioning. The wallpaper is coming off the walls all over the building. Not sure I will ever stay here again.

Overall it is very great, staff are very helpful. However, the temperature of sauna and steam room are not hot enough. Hope these would be improve and I hope to stay in this hotel again
