Tinggal di Nha Trang selama tiga hari berturut-turut, hanya meja depan ini yang boleh berbahasa Cina, yang tidak mudah bagi pelancong kami yang tidak dapat berbahasa Inggeris. Persekitaran biliknya rata-rata, tetapi SPA di hotel sangat digalakkan, dan semua barang diskaun 50% pada hari daftar masuk. Bufet makan malam juga lebih murah daripada hotel lain. It's a very nice resort but very isolated from the rest of the world. If you travel alone it's a boring place. I definitely don't recommend it for traveling alone. Everything in the resort closes early and the options for night life are nonexistent. Definitely not a place for people who like to go out and party at night. Ways of transportation inside the island made it feel a bit like prison. There was no chance to walk and travel the island on your own.

Perfect location, just in front of the sea. After 9pm it's becoming loud because of the lounge bar on the beach. Pay attention to that before booking if you care about that. Breakfast were included and that was so delicious. Buffet, so you can choose any food and drinks you want to. The only minus for me was a Wi-Fi. It was disconnected every 10 min. However, they have a good WiFi at the lobby. They provide towels and there's free lounge chairs on the beach for hotel guests. They speak English, someone more that others, therefore they find someone to help you.

The Alana Nha Trang Beach Hotel is a lovely hotel. It is near the beach and has a very nice, if a bit limited sea view. The hotel very kindly gave me a room upgrade. The facilities are superb. The rooms are wonderful and the beds are comfortable (if you get to sleep in them), and the staff is very helpful. Each room has a scale for weighing your luggage, which helped me because I'm always teetering on the limit of being stuck somewhere forever. Breakfast is the usual superb buffet you'd expect from a five-star hotel. What's not to like? Don't come here if you're looking to sleep. Everything was fine until about 10pm when someone started doing construction on the wall of my room. Bash! Crash! Thump! Duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh--duh-duh-duh-duh-Crash!!! BOOM! This went on four hours. The hotel must have anticipated it because there were two sets of earplugs on the table next to the bed. Trying to block this assault with earplugs was like trying to stop a fire hose with a cotton ball. BOOM! BANG! DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-BANG! I was on the 10th floor and I was still being pummeled like I was the object of a B-52 strike centred on my head. i eventually took all the bedding off the bed, went into the bathroom and made a place to sleep on the tile floor. Having an extra door and a glass wall between me and the constant pounding helped muffle it a bit, and I was eventully able to fall asleep from exhaustion after several hours of assult by pounding ”music.” This might be a great place to come if you want an accompaniment to a little illicit afternoon boom-boom-boom, but don't come here if you expect a relaxing evening and some sleep. You won't get it. It was a horrible experience, due entirely to the relentless, torturous assault that was inflicted on me. Would I recommend this hotel? Not a chance. Just for afternoon quickies. I'm giving it a rating of two, which is an average of 5 for illicit afternoon activities and 0 for normal uses like sleeping, relaxing, watching TV, reading, or writing. Actually, the rating is 2.5 but ratings of 0 and half-point ratings aren't allowed so I'm making it a 2 because the experience was so painful. Lovely hotel. Assault on the senses, and not in a good way. Save it for those secret liaisons where you have no expectation of sleep.

It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. One of the best five +++ hotels that we stay ,Two minutes waking to the beach, management & stuff outstanding, the room were clean & comfortable, great service , Easy transportation to downtown , we are definitely coming back next vacation ,thank you

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

I had huge expectation and met my expectation:) What i was looking for was breakfast and the pools. I really loved both of them! The room is really nice and pretty, all the facilities are beyond my expectations. But the toilet flush was already broken so we asked to fix. It took more than 30 mins.. they did not come so called 3 times. Hope they responded quickly in order to avoid any inconvenience.. because toilet. Is important 🫥 Staffs were nice and friendly But hope check out staff could be more friendly. They seemed so busy and felt like just caring for extra charge regarding room service. Mud spa is also recommended!!
