We arrived at 350pm (official check in at 4) and asked if our two rooms were ready. The front desk person went to check and was gone for an easy ten mins, while we were waiting at the reception area with our kids. They came back and told us one room was ready and one was not, it was now 4pm so we should’ve been able to check in. We asked for free breakfast since the room wasn’t ready and the front desk person said since it’s just barely after 4pm (room wasn’t ready though) they won’t do that. My parents checked into their room and I parked the car with the kids. When we came back they found a different room for us. Even without that, for the price, I think you can find a better hotel. It is clean but the bathroom has a barn door on it that doesn’t block sounds especially the loud toilet flushes and also the door doesn’t block light since it has frosted glass on the door. So if you have kids and want them to sleep this isn’t the room for you. If this place was in the mid $100’s per night then it would be fine, but definitely not worth it for mid $200’s.

Very disappointed in the entire five day experience. Our suite did not have a working tv to start. They said they would check it out, but no one ever came (after multiple attempts). The batteries in the other remote were taped in place making it almost impossible to even turn it on or off, much less try to change the channels! No hangers in the closet, coffee maker did not work, housekeeping showed up one time and did not do much. My rental car was damaged in the parking lot. We were there to help family with the sudden loss of a loved one, we did not need the aggravation this hotel gave us.

Dear Quality Inn, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the theft of my bag during my recent stay at your hotel. I was a guest at your establishment from 5th Aug to 6th Aug . We arrived prior to our check in time and we had to drop our bags off before we head out to do our booked activities and sightseeing in Niagara as we were only staying for a night! The lady at the desk said she’ll place our bags in the room at the back, which she guaranteed is safe where no one can get in except the staff. The bag in question was a black Nike air backpack and contained some of my valuables such as my AirPods Pro, my cables and plugs but mainly my daughters prescribed medication which is not available over the counter. I immediately reported the incident to your front desk staff, who assured me that an investigation would be conducted. However, I have not yet received any satisfactory resolution or information regarding the status of this investigation. When suggesting to check the security cameras, I was told that there is no camera in that room and the hallway camera faced the other way. I had to call the police, who didn’t even turn up immediately. The staff weren’t concerned enough to help as I’m not aware of how to raise this concern legally, and was told by your staff that it’s not their responsibility. As a guest, I entrusted your hotel with my safety and the security of my personal belongings, and I am deeply disappointed that this incident occurred. I request that you take immediate action to thoroughly investigate this matter, including reviewing all security camera footage available and speaking with housekeeping and other relevant staff who had access to that room. Additionally, I would like to know the steps your hotel will take to ensure that such an incident does not happen to other guests in the future. I expect a prompt response and appropriate compensation for the loss of my belongings. Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency. Dieses Hotel ist durchweg ehrlich: es ist bequem und großzügig eingerichtet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das inkludierte Frühstück einfach aber gut gemacht. Es liegt nicht an den berühmten Fällen sondern an der Hauptachse in die Stadt, direkt an einer großen Mall. Wir fanden gerade dies gerade sehr praktisch. Ansonsten ist hervorzuheben, dass das Hotel extrem neu - und daher sehr sauber und gepflegt ist.

We were upgraded from a double queen to a double king room which was huge with amazing beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the front desk staff was actually checking that food was stocked when we came in for the last 30 minutes of breakfast. The little automatic pancake maker was something I haven't seen before and the pancakes were good. Other than the apple juice dispenser being filled with cranberry juice and something gross on the side of the bathroom trash can that must have been missed by housekeeping, our stay was great.
