The room was very clean and big. Would highly recommend because it is located in the park so the trails lead right into the centre of the valley and you don’t have to go through the hassle of purchasing extra tickets for park entry. They are very accommodating. Upon arrival, I was given the option to add the contact of “望仙谷小林管家” for any inquiries or needs during my stay. He was extremely helpful and very prompt. Average response time was within 5 minutes and sent us plenty of information for our stay (routes, photo spots, amenities, transportation info…). Amazing time there! 解锁望仙谷绝美风光，青山为幕，流水为邻，山野之间尽是温柔与治愈。昼夜风景各有特色，拍照打卡出片率超高，房间清爽整洁居住舒服，管家小林专业热情，全程体验感满分！

It has an incredible view, right on the canal across from the beautiful library. The location honestly couldn't be better. Right in the heart of everything. In walking distance of wonderful locals. But I reserve my biggest compliment for the staff. The front desk went beyond the call of duty. Bent over backwards to help me time and time again. I can't say enough! Even the cleaning staff, everyone was unbelievably cheerful. A fantastic city, worth the visit. And I definitely would stay there again.

My 2-night stay at Yangxian Village, Wangxian Valley felt like stepping into a living Chinese fantasy painting hidden between the mountains. Waking up surrounded by misty peaks and hearing the peaceful sounds of the valley made time slow down for a while. The atmosphere at night was magical with lights reflecting across the valley and the entire place feeling almost unreal. The hotel breakfast is delicious and sumptuous! A mixture of Chinese and Western styles. The village itself has many food options, performances, and activities, so there was always something to explore without feeling bored. After walking around the scenic areas, it was also nice to see bars and KTV spots available for people who wanted to relax at night. The environment balances both peaceful scenery and lively entertainment quite well. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall the stay experience was satisfying. One small area for improvement would be the TV channels, as channels after 25 were quite lagging when watching at night. It could also be interesting if the resort considered adding services like leg massages after long walks around the valley. I think many travellers would appreciate that after exploring the mountain areas. Overall, staying inside Wangxian Valley was more than just accommodation; it felt like being immersed inside the scenery itself. Definitely a memorable and unique experience.

剛到酒店就看見前台美麗的小姑娘（甜美乖巧惹人愛）過來幫忙拿行李，小小身板無窮的力量，還有那熱情的微笑，讓我一下就喜歡上了這間酒店，淡季的原因吧免費升級了房間，讓此次入住的體驗直接拉滿了，晚上在酒店餐廳用餐，點了招牌的幾個菜，太好吃了，比次廬山行最好吃的本地菜，沒有之一。設施：冬天住這家酒店太完美了，因為有地暖，整個房間都熱烘烘的 衞生：打掃的很乾凈 環境：在廬山南門比較適合自駕上山的朋友入住這裏，安靜且離南門很近 廬山機場接機服務:非常好，從索道接到酒店，確實有點距離的。完美的入住體驗，必須五星好評

We stayed here for a week to take a ceramics class in the city. The hotel and staff were wonderful and very communicative during the entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the room was located right next to the cleaning supply closet for and so early in the mornings we'd hear the staff go in and out the room to gather their cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, it wasn't very soundproof so we heard everything but other than that the stay was really nice.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

這家酒店整體體驗很不錯，地理位置方便，出行吃飯都省事。大堂環境乾淨雅緻，前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房效率很高。房間寬敞整潔、床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全，熱水和空調都很給力，隔音效果也不錯，晚上安靜不吵。有特色早餐性價比很高。整體設施維護得很好，衞生到位、服務貼心，住宿體驗舒心，值得推薦入住。

鄰近2025年新建的弘高城，步行只5-10分鐘，所以我選了弦錦酒店落腳，並到婺源其他地方遊玩。居住期間出現了事故，經理主動聯絡處理，體現到他們對於住客的著緊。窗和前台的布景簡潔清新。酒店描述有健身房，但到埗才知沒有了，可能在維修，請及時更新資訊。底樓有書房，旅客可坐下靜休看書。接站服務幫助了我們這些行李重重的旅客，請繼續保持！

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!
