The hotel was absolutely wonderful and offered excellent value for the price. It was very affordable, yet the quality of service and facilities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, and I especially loved the pleasant fragrance that made the space feel clean and relaxing. The hotel also provided entrance tickets, which made the trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring both during the day and at night. The surroundings were beautiful, creating a memorable atmosphere throughout my stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They even assisted by carrying my luggage to the accommodation, which made me feel very well taken care of. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service at a reasonable price.

I stayed in the Twin Superior Room for four nights and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room daily. The hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

Fantastic new hotel in the best, convenient location inside Wangxian Valley. Centrally located so it is a breeze to stroll to the village, snack street and restaurants, stores, workshops, and live performances. Each hotel building is in a unique traditional Chinese village style. Staying in the scenic area has the added benefit of enjoying the valley and natural scenery in the morning and early afternoon before the mass tour crowds from outside arrive after 3pm. The nearby Chaohelou watchtower is a short walk from the hotel lobby building and provides a commanding panoramic view of the entire valley both in the early morning and nighttime. The hotel also provided tickets for a complimentary photo shoot at the nearby by Bojue National Portrait studio. Includes 5 free digital photos, hanfu wuxia style Chinese costume rental, and a professional photographer to take your pictures; highly recommended. Ms Xiao Yu 小喻 from the concierge reception staff was very helpful, attentive, thoughtful, provided a comprehensive schedule and great advice for all the immersive live performances, and arranged for a taxi driver to take me from the hotel to the local bus station. Staying at Xiansu hotel and Wangxian Valley was a truly wonderful experience, like living in the magical fantasy towns of wuxia films Crouching Tiger, Once Upon a Time, and Legends of the Condor Heroes and animated film Spirited Away.

This place is located in the village mountain where we can explore the village conveniently especially during early morning and evening where almost all people have already gone down the mountain which is quite peaceful and less crowded. Guests can also go up the mountain by cable car for free and get to the lobby by a small coach service. Hotel staff are helpful and always share useful information via WeChat. Just one advice, more various vegetables for breakfast should be added to make the meal more appealing.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

Very stylish ID for this hotel, you can see the owner has put lots of efforts. We had very good stay here, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice pillow… just the right height (yes, they even went down to the detail of the pillow choices) Breakfast was good, 谢谢你阿姨，especially for the 小米粥. Location was superb, many eatery places around. Walking distance to major places of attraction. Very close walking distance to the famous 陶溪川, which we were so lucky to have impromptu visit to the 春秋大集. But above all, it was the extra efforts & services the owner has offered to us. Firstly the hotel helped us to move our luggages from our previous stay so that we could have late check-in, more time to visit the places we wanted to go. By the time we were back at nite, everything was already well arranged, our luggages were nicely in our rooms. Welcoming us with a beautiful bowl… full of local fruits. They even gave us a very beautiful multi-purposed bag with all the room amenities in it. The bag is huge, meant for laundry too. Oh yes, we did our laundry there, so convenient and thoughtful. BEST OF ALL 🥰 (this was way too unexpected) We were simply just wanted to arrange our next destination transportation. Ended up the owner shared us his beautiful car, asking one of the assistant to drive us personally. How long was the journey? Not close by at all, 2 hours to get there (for us), to and fro in 4 hours (for him). For that, we simply would like to express our gratitude for everything, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you thank you, all the very best for each of you who has made this trip memorable. 🙏 ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ♾️

I honestly can't explain in the best words how amazing my experience here was. It is more than 1000% worth booking a stay at this Homestay especially because you have unlimited access, great nearby facilities, exceptional hosts and even before you arrive you are assigned a steward. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, safe, supported and have fun. Even if you ste new to China like me, this place is a absolute Must. You get a guide on where to visit and the best routes, the breakfast range is brilliant. You won't lack a thing. Check out museum, performances as well as the sights during the day and the night, both are beautiful. I had the most amazing sleep, the beds are 100/100. A huge thank you to Steward Miaomiao for an amazing support system, you were so helpful and genuine and I really enjoyed my stay. And also a big thanks to Josh for helping me arrange travel back to the airport.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

A great hotel stay. These days I tend to Airbnb, but in China for business and pleasure, my wife and I chose this hotel. We saw the outside during a past stay and thought we'd like to try it while visiting with another couple from the states. Everything was top notch. The breakfast wasn't a madhouse like other decent hotels. The space was so big it couldn't fill with the number of guests. The room walls were thick enough not to transmit noise. The space in the rooms was more than most. The balcony was lovely. Lots of good light, both artificial and natural. Not much English spoken, but check-in was easy. They helped us get a second didi for our friends and too much luggage. Drawbacks? Didi doesn't like to pull down the driveway even as it is an obvious road to the hotel. The toilet is electric and mechanical, completely unnecessary and makes too much noise while waking to use it. But these are common in most Chinese hotels it seems. The hotel was a relaxing and peaceful place to wake up and come home to after a day of ceramic exploration.

The hotel is new and the room is nice.. Its located in a residential area but still close enough via taxi to tourist attractions.My main complaint is customer service and the daily room cleaning need to be improved.For example, we stayed 5 nights but the tea provided in the room was not refiilled daily,in all the hotels which i stayed tea are refilled daily.The room cleaning need improvement too,we asked to change the bed sheets after the 3rd night but it wasn't changed
