Quick check in. Bed’s super comfy. Breakfast line’s nothing special but simply and enough for quick breakfast. Nothing empty in the line as the service keep refilling. But be careful with the WiFi. I didn’t sign up for extra. But after check out they send me the receive for extra charge for the WIFI. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I would like to write this letter to express my satisfaction and provide feedback regarding your hotel. Overall, I am pleased with the hotel's environment, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The service provided was excellent. The only aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the general condition of the indoor facilities. I hope the hotel can consider making some improvements and upgrades to the facilities. However, overall, I am still very satisfied with my stay experience.

This is by far the most affordable stay for the visit in Niagara Falls. Everything from staff members to the location and pool is satisfying. The price is affordable, which also includes a decent amount of food for breakfast that doesn’t make me panic for going out. The overall experience is good but I caught 5 bugs on the first day in my room.

Everything at this hotel was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Fantastic view from our room except for the dirty windows. Not sure why a hotel that prides itself on a view would not maintain top notch windows. Several of the windows on the 14th floor overlook had broken seals and the others were dirty. We really had a great stay here because we were on vacation, but beware - the wifi was horrible and the room had very few electrical outlets. Also, the check in process was lengthy. We waited about an hour in a line to check in on a Wednesday afternoon. The location really is great though!

Super tolle Lage an den Niagara Fällen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Niagara Fälle. Freundlicher Empfang. Valet Parking für unseren Miet SUV = 100 Kanadische Dollar. Aufgrund der Top Lage ist das Hotel sehr beliebt und daher von sehr vielen Menschen besucht. Der Andrang am Frühstücksbüffet bereits um 7:30 Uhr ist immens. Wartezeit am Buffet für ein Omelett mind. 20 Minuten und beim Rest vom Buffet geht es drunter und drüber. Sitzplätze werden selber ausgesucht was zu einem mittleren Chaos führt. Das Personal ist heillos überfordert. Hier sollte man die Frühstückspolitik eventuell nochmal überdenken. Einzig toll am Frühstück ist der Ausblick auf die Niagarafälle

Perfect view and good location for enjoying the Niagara falls. The only problem was toilet and it ruined my family's stay. The toilet was plugged at the beginning of the use and fixed while we out but happened again around 10pm when returned the room. Over night couldn't use toilet until next 6am until fixed, (the person who fixed early in the morning ws so gentle and so nice) but then plugged again around 8am but didn't fixed until checked out. So during 1 night stay my families used lobby washroom. The receptionist over the phone asked about did I flushed too much toilet paper that made me so embarrassed because it sounded 3 times of plugged toilet were my family's fault. We've been stayed many hotels all over the world but these things never happened before. Worst stay ever.

Wah. Dari perspektif lebuh raya, ini kelihatan seperti idea paling buruk untuk sebuah hotel yang pernah ada. Tetapi sebenarnya ia adalah istana sebenar yang tinggal di dalam kawasan rumput kuda kuda emas yang dikelilingi oleh parit pertukaran daun semanggi. Saya mempunyai suite yang sangat bergaya yang membolehkan saya melakukan kerja saya dalam gaya dengan kopi dan beberapa kemas kini berita, kemudian berehat dengan segelas wain dan acara zum. We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express Welland. The hotel is new and very well equipped. So impressed with the accessibility of the pool. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nathan for giving a warm, friendly and fast check in. Next time I'm in the region I definitely plan on staying here again.

There were some bugs in the room, and they said that this is normal in the summer. They arranged a new room for us, but they were unwilling to deliver the room key to our room. They claimed to be a 5-star luxury hotel, but the service was poor.

GgojensengoHad a short gateway to Niagara Falls from Toronto and deciding to stay in the Radisson since it is one of many hotels that provide the falls view from the room.
Check in and check out we're smooth and timely efficient. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the horseshoes falls.
Location was great. 20 mins walk to the fall or 5 mins using the incline train which is nearby.

DDave AugerOur stay was excellent. There was an issue at check-in where the room type we paid for was not the room issued which appears to be an error between Trip.com and Hilton. Although the hotel was sold out they were able to find the room type we purchased.
Overall our stay was excellent and of course perfect location. We were surprised that housekeeping services resumed as normal which was very pleasant and appreciated.
We will stay at the Hilton again on our next visit.
PS: the North Tower elevator issues seem to have improved in this stay.

ZZashiLocation is close to center of Niagara Falls by just 10mins walking distance. The front counter staff was very nice and friendly. At the lobby there are complimentary coffee and tea and a free cookies when you check in. Room is clean n tidy with air condition. Parking is CAD20/day, so that you can park you car here and walk down to restaurants and the Falls. Overall, I will definitely come back for this hotel.

This was incredibly helpful, as we were here for a dance competition and needed the space to rest between dances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Milestones host and servers were very accommodating to our large party, despite needing to change the party number multiple times. We had a city view room, but had a wonderful view of the falls from the large windows by the elevators and in the restaurant. The location is great for viewing the falls, but is a bit of a trek to Clifton Hill.

RroiberadorThe location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...

BBrandi ClairThe bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small ”Crowne Plaza” sign)!

PPengguna TetamuI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.
