Everything at this hotel was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Fantastic view from our room except for the dirty windows. Not sure why a hotel that prides itself on a view would not maintain top notch windows. Several of the windows on the 14th floor overlook had broken seals and the others were dirty. We really had a great stay here because we were on vacation, but beware - the wifi was horrible and the room had very few electrical outlets. Also, the check in process was lengthy. We waited about an hour in a line to check in on a Wednesday afternoon. The location really is great though!

This is by far the most affordable stay for the visit in Niagara Falls. Everything from staff members to the location and pool is satisfying. The price is affordable, which also includes a decent amount of food for breakfast that doesn’t make me panic for going out. The overall experience is good but I caught 5 bugs on the first day in my room.

Perfect view and good location for enjoying the Niagara falls. The only problem was toilet and it ruined my family's stay. The toilet was plugged at the beginning of the use and fixed while we out but happened again around 10pm when returned the room. Over night couldn't use toilet until next 6am until fixed, (the person who fixed early in the morning ws so gentle and so nice) but then plugged again around 8am but didn't fixed until checked out. So during 1 night stay my families used lobby washroom. The receptionist over the phone asked about did I flushed too much toilet paper that made me so embarrassed because it sounded 3 times of plugged toilet were my family's fault. We've been stayed many hotels all over the world but these things never happened before. Worst stay ever.

Had a short gateway to Niagara Falls from Toronto and deciding to stay in the Radisson since it is one of many hotels that provide the falls view from the room. Check in and check out we're smooth and timely efficient. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the horseshoes falls. Location was great. 20 mins walk to the fall or 5 mins using the incline train which is nearby.

We were here for the Victoria Day long weekend. Check-in was easy, and they had a room available as early as 1 pm. This was incredibly helpful, as we were here for a dance competition and needed the space to rest between dances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Milestones host and servers were very accommodating to our large party, despite needing to change the party number multiple times. We had a city view room, but had a wonderful view of the falls from the large windows by the elevators and in the restaurant. The location is great for viewing the falls, but is a bit of a trek to Clifton Hill.

Wah. Dari perspektif lebuh raya, ini kelihatan seperti idea paling buruk untuk sebuah hotel yang pernah ada. Tetapi sebenarnya ia adalah istana sebenar yang tinggal di dalam kawasan rumput kuda kuda emas yang dikelilingi oleh parit pertukaran daun semanggi. Saya mempunyai suite yang sangat bergaya yang membolehkan saya melakukan kerja saya dalam gaya dengan kopi dan beberapa kemas kini berita, kemudian berehat dengan segelas wain dan acara zum. Apa yang hilang hanyalah jubah mewah, tetapi sebenarnya, ini hanyalah dunia kekurangan kita yang baru -- tiada apa yang menentang mereka.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express Welland. The hotel is new and very well equipped. So impressed with the accessibility of the pool. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nathan for giving a warm, friendly and fast check in. First a disclosure, as a couple we are both Marriott Lifetime Titanium -- thousands of stays at Marriott properties. Our stay here was a last minute decision and was one of the most pleasant, unexpected accomodations we could have had. From check-in through departure our expectations were exceeded. Well trained desk staff suitably dressed and delightful, fresh well maintained designed rooms with pristine bathroom (ZERO toiletries especially nice). What we once found standard at all levels of Marriott properties and now sadly failing more often than not makes us ready to stay at other chains. If we find more like this we will be more than pleased. When returning to the area we will definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuGood: so cute! Older home with 3 bedrooms. Main floor is unit 1 with a large closet with fridge, it’s own bathroom The hood: Room 1 on the main floor featured a private bath with a tub/shower, shampoo, etc. and more towels than I’ve ever seen for 2 people. Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, small bistro set and TV. You enter a common area which features a small table and chairs, and a series of slippers and Crocs to give you the hint that taking shoes off is welcomed. There is also a desk with a laptop set up, and wifi. Next is a room set up as a dining room with cups, plates, flatwear, a micro, coffee pot, mini fridge and a formal wood dining table for 6. This is where breakfast was served in the past. They now leave snacks and fruit as well as coffee for the coffee maker, cream in the fridge, and some rather good biscotti when we were there. The owner lives in the house behind, which is attached, but has no internal connection. I understand there are 2 more units upstairs that are large and maybe share a seating area on the landing. The Falls are down the street, maybe 6 blocks or less. The best souvenirs are located in the State Park gift shop next to Victoria’s Restuarant and Tim Horton’s. Ex: small maple syrup in a glass maple leafed shaped bottle $5.98. Elsewhere is was 7.98 and up. The owner has carefully and cheerfully decorated all the parts we saw. With permission, she can show you a washer and dryer in the house. The Red Ganache Bakery down the street is fabulous. I had some dark chocolate cup filled with coconut cream. And there were several gluten free options, including macarons (not macaroons.. a different thing). The rest of the story; Communication, and breakfast. There are listings all over for this property and due to language barriers and being a small operation, not everything is up to date. There is no hot tub. There are bathtubs. There is no beautiful, wonderful country breakfast that comes with your stay. Fruit and biscotti or muffins, coffee, etc. The photos on Tripmasters of the breakfasts and idea of guests gathered around, visiting, was the reason I booked here. The Red Ganache helped me get over it. And.. the phone numbers seem to change a lot. Or maybe they had a land line that went away. And English is not their first language, so be patient. Lastly, most odd and nothing to do with the listing… transportation to and from Pearson Airport is non existent. Oh there’s a bus… $200 for 2 and upwards of 4 hours to get there. We Uber’d for about the same price, and on a weekday around 3, it still took 2 hours to get there. On a weekday around 9 am, the reverse trip was around an hour. Car rental was $500 for an economy car for 3 days, before any gas, taxes or insurance. So, it is Cozy and it offers an alternative to the $300-700 a night hotels. Sorry, my photos were on the way out.

ZZashiLocation is close to center of Niagara Falls by just 10mins walking distance. The front counter staff was very nice and friendly. At the lobby there are complimentary coffee and tea and a free cookies when you check in. Room is clean n tidy with air condition. Parking is CAD20/day, so that you can park you car here and walk down to restaurants and the Falls. Overall, I will definitely come back for this hotel.

RroiberadorThe location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...

PPengguna TetamuSuper tolle Lage an den Niagara Fällen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Niagara Fälle. Freundlicher Empfang. Valet Parking für unseren Miet SUV = 100 Kanadische Dollar. Aufgrund der Top Lage ist das Hotel sehr beliebt und daher von sehr vielen Menschen besucht. Der Andrang am Frühstücksbüffet bereits um 7:30 Uhr ist immens. Wartezeit am Buffet für ein Omelett mind. 20 Minuten und beim Rest vom Buffet geht es drunter und drüber. Sitzplätze werden selber ausgesucht was zu einem mittleren Chaos führt. Das Personal ist heillos überfordert. Hier sollte man die Frühstückspolitik eventuell nochmal überdenken. Einzig toll am Frühstück ist der Ausblick auf die Niagarafälle

BBrandi ClairThe bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small ”Crowne Plaza” sign)!

PPengguna TetamuI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, stay is OK. If you are in Niagara fall, you want a place to sleep and shower and pay a not so exorbitant price. This place serves its purpose. Nothing out of the extraordinary and nothing that is unacceptable. One red bus ride to the fall directing is that you don't want to take your car to the congested fall area.
