Ulasan Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa

It was nice to have fall’s view. But that’s all. Parking lot is quite par from the hotel. And service is late. But the front office is kind.

We were in room 903, it had an amazing view of the Horseshoe Falls! The beds were wonderful. It was walking distance to lots of restaurant choices. Parking is pricey so we paid $20 a night at a hotel a block away. The exterior of our massive windows was very dirty which was disappointing considering how much we wanted to take in the view. When we asked for an extra blanket the front desk told us that they do not have any extra blankets! Ridiculous. The room service prices were quite steep so we skipped that.

Dave is so friendly and kind to help us with the upgrade of our hotel room to jacuzzi with fallsview! The location is very good too!

Great place to stay at. Magnificent views of Canadian Falls. Stuff if very friendly. Valet parking is great.

The room was super dirty. Stains on the night table and very dirty carpet. It makes it so hard for us having kids. We paid for room with view but we got no view. I asked the front desk to switch room but they refused with no apology. The alarm rang at 6 am and repeated again and again and there was no way to turn it off. I told the front desk during checking out that the room was so dirty and they reacted like they knew it a hundred years ago. In all, very bad experience and I would never recommend it to anyone.

So beautiful! Amazing views from the hotel to the falls and the staff were patient and easy to work with! Will be booking again.

Well, Happy Canada Day! A pleasant stay indeed, however, still have something particular must be improved, body shampoo is empty, no toothbrush, no slippers, more expensive parking fees. Fortunately, I received some vouchers as I checked in, receptionists are kind to serve!

The ladies were all superb, great staff especially the front desk. the room was supposed to be a falls view room we were placed on the 6th floor, one floor up from the mezzanine, all we saw was trees. also found 3 spiders in the room I was scared shitless as I do not like the creepie crawlies. Over all a great location for the hotel but my view was **** not what they advertised. The wine tasting packages are all in "niagra-on-the-lake, wego bus takes almost an hour to get there along with transfers to the orange line. Ladies at the on site restaurant are super helpful and warm. Burning spring passes were included but the spa oasis isn't anything to write home about.

The hotel room is good. And have a nice view.

Very good view for waterfall room. Convienence location, nice room.
