The Vittoria is perfectly situated in the melee of the Clifton Hill tourist district of the Falls. Everywhere is an easy walk. But despite the hubbub outside (a go-karting track is almost opposite!), it was quiet inside. My room was large and comfortable with a really nice bed, powerpoints within easy reach and a good sized bathroom. My only bugbear was the lack of tea bags in the room - not everyone drinks coffee - and powdered milk which seemed a bit cheap given the fancy coffee machine. While the room was very clean, the reception area could do with some love. Some of the communal furniture looked tatty and marked. Also the general vibe was a bit 1990s. The hotel is undergoing a refit so maybe this will improve. The construction work at the hotel was major - but also barely audible which was a relief. It was well communicated so I knew what to expect. The work did mean the restaurant and bar was closed, but there are so many options close by it wasn't a big deal.

This hotel is right in the center of Niagara. Walking distance to everything and connects to the ****** and other shops, which was very nice. On Friday morning we were woken up by a fire alarm at 6AM, this was a bummer and ruined our mood for the day as we were planning to sleep in a couple more hours and enjoy our last day in Niagara. The fire alarm wasn’t so much the problem as the wait to get the elevators to start working again. We were forced outside in 40 degree weather with nothing but what we had on for almost 2 hours. Please get a proper elevator fire system in place to make this false alarm easier for customers.

This is by far the most affordable stay for the visit in Niagara Falls. Everything from staff members to the location and pool is satisfying. The price is affordable, which also includes a decent amount of food for breakfast that doesn’t make me panic for going out. The overall experience is good but I caught 5 bugs on the first day in my room.

We were in room 903, it had an amazing view of the Horseshoe Falls! The beds were wonderful. It was walking distance to lots of restaurant choices. Parking is pricey so we paid $20 a night at a hotel a block away.
The exterior of our massive windows was very dirty which was disappointing considering how much we wanted to take in the view. When we asked for an extra blanket the front desk told us that they do not have any extra blankets! Ridiculous. The room service prices were quite steep so we skipped that.

First a disclosure, as a couple we are both Marriott Lifetime Titanium -- thousands of stays at Marriott properties. Our stay here was a last minute decision and was one of the most pleasant, unexpected accomodations we could have had. From check-in through departure our expectations were exceeded. Well trained desk staff suitably dressed and delightful, fresh well maintained designed rooms with pristine bathroom (ZERO toiletries especially nice). What we once found standard at all levels of Marriott properties and now sadly failing more often than not makes us ready to stay at other chains. If we find more like this we will be more than pleased. When returning to the area we will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express Welland. The hotel is new and very well equipped. So impressed with the accessibility of the pool. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nathan for giving a warm, friendly and fast check in. Next time I'm in the region I definitely plan on staying here again.

Sangat Baik
PPengguna TetamuRoom’s clean with Marriott standards. The bed’s super comfy. Breakfast’s great. And staff keep refill the foods in the line. Nothing empty on the line. Staff at check-in counter’s friendly and very fast working.
GgojensengoHad a short gateway to Niagara Falls from Toronto and deciding to stay in the Radisson since it is one of many hotels that provide the falls view from the room.
Check in and check out we're smooth and timely efficient. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the horseshoes falls.
Location was great. 20 mins walk to the fall or 5 mins using the incline train which is nearby.
AAgnieszka PietrzakBeautiful hotel with the view of Niagara Falls ,great service with bus conveniently located across the street .Hotel provided free 2 vouchers bus ticket for 48 hours .Room was very clean and specious
RroiberadorThe location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...
PPengguna TetamuI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.
PPengguna TetamuI booked a King-size bed suite for Labor Day weekend from here and then read so many negative comments about it (well I normally read the reviews before booking a stay but this time was a last minute booking and I found a good deal with only a couple suites left so I booked it right away), so I was worried.
As many reviewers wrote the line to check-in was long (it was 3:45pm when we got there), yet there was a note saying they are currently updating the system/software, and the manager did come out and apologized for the wait by saying she was short of staff. Also, before Starbucks closed the staff made some ice capp (sample size) for the line. Both the manager came out addressing the wait and the coffee were nice gestures. Throughout the 20 mins wait I did see a few transaction problems with credit cards not going through and booking issues from specific booking sites. When it was our turn, the guy who served us did not greet us but only asked for my last name and then told me there was a parking fee and resort fee, and told me 2 times that there would be a $150 deposit, which I knew beforehand, and then asked me to sign. From the indifferent facial expression on the 3 check-in staff I could tell they had a long (and possibly rough) day enduring the frustration from the technical issues and customers who might have bias from reading negative reviews before coming. While I am a customer expecting good customer service, believing they should portrait the expected professionalism, that includes at least a decent greeting and smile which I can normally get from a cashier at a supermarket, I would lower my expectation this time to not let anything affect my mood with my loved one for this stay. Maybe I had expected worse, but honestly this was actually not bad at all. (On our way up we came across 2 cleaning ladies who greeted us with smiles)
So we got a suite on the top floor - I must say it is super clean and pleasant! The toilet tank has a little leak to the bowl so there is a small ongoing water sound but that is the only imperfect thing inside the suite. I am very pleased with the room.
I read before about someone drank the bottled water and got charged, there's actually a price tag/note on the bottle. So to be fair people need to read for what is communicated to you.
To make the resort fee well spent I had a swim before it closed (although it is expensive to pay $20 for a swim and it is hard to agree with such ”resort fee”). Again, it was clean and pleasant. The water wasn't warm enough for small kids as I saw some could only stay for a few minutes then left, so it was good for real swimmers like us who could enjoy a small-kids-free swim time.
Many booking sites said there is a sauna room but we couldn't find one, the staff at the reception said he didn't know there is one, and we caught another staff near the pool and asked and he said many years ago there was one but not anymore.
The daily specials at the restaurant Don Cherry and the breakfast menu are costing nothing more than any other entry level restaurants/chain eateries nearby so I think it is good and convenient to just dine in downstairs, especially on rainy days.
So I am writing this to provide a more balanced view. I believe many who think their expectations unmet would vent by writing a bad review, and I do believe bad experiences do happen, yet at the same time most won't care to share their experiences if things are fine and okay. For me, after reading so many negative comments I feel that I can give my honest review to show the other side of the coin - This is only fair for the hotel and the staff who did do a great job, like the staff, Eva, who cleaned our room, and those who stock the pool with clean towels and keep the area clean :-)
(My deposit was clear upon check-out, unlike some reviewers wrote that they did not get back the money after a week)

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was good. The bed had a stain on the lower bed skirt and there was an additional charge for the fridge that I wasn’t aware of but the team was very accommodating. Definitely would stay again. Location is great because it’s right in the middle of everything
PPengguna TetamuThe Hotel by far isn't wheelchair accessible we had a hell of time getting me in and out of the 2 sets of doors. I had asked before hand if the Hotel and room was wheelchair accessible. The elevator smelt musky. We booked for 3 nights. When we entered the room it also smelt musky, but we didn't think anything of it. The first room they put us in only 1 of the lamps worked out of 3. We The TV was snowy and we said something to the front desk and we were told that they've been having issues with the cable. The switches beside the bed only 1worked and they looked sunken into the wall. My wheelchair just barely fit through the door to the room. My husband and I woke up in the morning all congested. My husband noticed water damage in the corner by the ac. We told them at the front desk and they said someone would look at it. When we got back from the days outing, nothing was done. My husband went to the front desk to get our money back due to the fact that I'm allergic to mold. Cause we booked online they couldn't refund but switched us to a room with a jacuzzi tub in it. Low and behold the TV works perfectly. There wasn't enough towels for 2 people left in the room. Out of 2 ice machines only one worked but just barely. The restaurant didn't have any hours posted. We went to the pool, was very disappointed to find the hot tub gone. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile. There was no smell of chlorine the rope that was supposed to go across the middle of the pool was tied to the rail and the other end to the emergency ring. There was bits of pool noodles all over.
