Hotel was nice. Nice location, friendly staff, amenities were so-so. The suite booked was not as impressive as what I usually am accustomed to and I don’t mean beyond expensive but it lack a suite experience to me,

We enjoyed everything. Staff were all great. Room was very nice. The only complaint is the armbands. Our kids armbands broke while going down the waterside the first day we were there, and through our stay we noticed multiple people that have lost theirs. If you're going to charge $50 for loosing it, they need to be more durable. I find this extremely unreasonable since they obviously break very easily.

One of the main attractions is the water park. Limited number of seats and smaller number that provide shade at the water park. They need to add more seating and umbrellas to provide shade. Food is overpriced.

Great stay perfect location

Service was fine. Thought we booked a room at a ****** instead we got a family hotel. Looking for a romantic holiday instead I got kids running up and down the hall, loud music being played outside, and generally a lot of noise. We got a handicap room though we’re not handicapped. The bed was uncomfortable and no blanket on the bed. The a/c blew in our faces all night and both of us woke up with sniffles. We used no part of the facilities. We went next door to ****** and went to dinner at an outside restaurant. Left early the next morning and ate breakfast elsewhere. Overall a very bad experience!

Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was fantastic with a great view of the gulf. The entire hotel smells like a pina colada.

When we arrived at 6pm the front desk said there was a wait for clean rooms and they could take our luggage and call us when a room was ready. There were other people waiting for rooms as well. Thankfully they found a room before I left the front desk and accommodated us! Great place for kids and adults alike. Will be returning.

Our grown kids 19 and 21 had a great time. The place was nice and the best game room. We are very unhappy after the stay they are charging both of my ccs on file. Which I have called 7 times, emailed 4 different email addresses and still nothing. Trip.com representatives have been wonderful at trying to help me get through to someone at Margaretaville to clear all the charges up but no one will answer. So guest services I give them a 1 for no communication and just charging randomly on my credit cards.

Seems to be a great family place. There are plenty things to keep little ones occupied inside as well as surrounding areas.

This is not a place to stay, unless you are traveling with children. This resort is centered solely around children and families. It was absolutely not the ideal place for a couple’s getaway. The room was filthy, but the bed was comfortable. Everything was WAY over priced also. We paid $12.99+tax for a reusable plastic bag, and drinks were $10-15 each for 90% ice. 🙄

Everything was good except there was alot of ********* smells coming from rooms we enjoyed our stay except for that one issue

The staff was very friendly. This was our first time and we had a great time.

Great service, great room and perfect view. Kiddos had a awesome time

May not return price is too high besides we never got to see the pool anyway
