Nice location. Kind staffs. Clean room and other facilities. But, there is no fridger. Other things are good. Highly recommended.

難以想象2024年居然會有酒店的wifi完全用不了，而且隔音效果還極差，真的不值這個價。基本保障都做不好。不推荐居住。

Bonjour le personnel est à l ecoute genti puis on est près du centre ville puis de la mer . On a la gare de Nice à côté et le tramway pour allée à l aéroport . Tout c est bien passé.

位置還算方便，房間挺有法式風情的，但入住時間無法入住，拖延了將近一小時。隔音有點差，但這應該是法國通病了

Zimmer war sehr Sauber. Nette Personal und die Standort ist perfekt und mittig . Mann kann in 4-5 min den Strand und die Stadt auch zu Fuß erreichen. Ich werde es sehr gerne empfehlen :)

Liked the area. The hotel was beautiful but needs a little updating. The room was lovely but bathroom outdated i n parts shower was good but shower curtain ciukd be better. We liked and used the gym. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfotable and we slept well. The roo. And hotel areas were clean and we had the room cleaned every day.

Friendly staff. I like the luggage storage provided by the hotel! I appreciate the hotel helped calling a taxi for our early morning drive to the airport. Beautiful hotel! Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, good location Staff were great and very helpful Downside was 1 teabag each, no coffee milk or sugar and a paper cup for water !

Staff were very helpful and location is excellent. The decor isn't the most modern but far more importantly the beds are comfortable and the place is clean and tidy. Good value.

Great location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, but the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, people making noise next door, room smelt like cigarettes, stained ceiling by vent, uncomfortable bed and pillow. No shampoo or tissue was provided. I love Nice so much I didn’t let it bother me too much.

The bed was like a toddlers bed, and the room was extremely cramped. Location was good and staff were nice. I also only stayed one night as my flight from Heathrow was cancelled. Is there any chance of a refund? Thank you for your consideration.
