The location is great and very quiet at night. Some stuff is amazing some is not so much. We didn’t use the pool as we were going to the different beach every day. Shopping is right there and old town with all cool restaurants 10 min walk. Overall was good. The AC could be better but it was a very hot week, bed was amazing and the pull out couch was acceptable. The water pressure could be better and there was a some smell in the morning in the bathroom- but Thad’s the problem with most French plumbing as it’s done differently. Was not something that was too annoying and was gone after you take a shower

The hotel promises to supply empty water bottles to fill in in the lobby, but despite the fact we asked for it, they did not provide. Deteriorated service since last year.

It's clean and the access is great! However, the amenities are lacking. There's no toothbrush or loungewear, for example.

I stayed here for my graduation trip to Nice! I chose this hotel partly because it was featured in 'Offline Love,' a Netflix original reality dating show, where several of the male contestants stayed. As expected from a hotel booked by Netflix, even a standard room offered plenty of space for two, featuring a large mirror, numerous charging points, a clean and spacious shower room, and ample wardrobe space for two people's clothes. The reception staff were always smiling and very helpful, making for a truly pleasant experience. The hotel's location is also fantastic, just a stone's throw from the city center. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice!

Thats hotel is a lie, its saying ots 4* but its not. The hotel website states jacuzzi but there's non. Th3 swimming pool is so small. Oh we paid nearly £2k for 4 days and we had to pay €10 an hour per person to use the pool. The rooms are all dated the aircon isn't the best. The breakfast is average on the last day the food was cold especially the beans. The workers look like they dont wa t to be here. They dont do lunch nor do they do dinner ONLY breakfast. Only good thing was the hotel is 10mins from the beach couple of mins from the town centre restaurant shopping. Thank you to Lynn and the small Tunisian girl they made our stay pleasant. Shukraan

Very nice welcome, well located.

Overall very pleased with the trip / accommodations. There was some hesitancy to "work with me" because I booked thru a third-party site; ultimately they did get me in the room a little earlier than the schedule check-in time, but would not allow me to cancel the last day because my flight was the day earlier (so I paid for a full day stay that I wasn't even there!) The location was perfect amount of walking distance to transportation, to eating / shopping / site seeing, Old Town and THE BEACH!!

This is supposed to be a four-star hotel but it does unfortunately not live up to those standards - rather 2,5 or 3 if I am in a good mood. I did get a smaller room then the one I booked and there was not interest what so ever from the hotel staff to assist me in this matter. The hotel is located in what now is a place for reconstruction meaning that you are constantly disturbed by noise from the ongoing work outside. I did pay in advance for having breakfast everyday - this was a huge mistake. Every second day they ran out of crucial items belonging to a brekfast buffet, like bacon and fresh vegetables. Taking this all in to consideration and adding the fact that the gym has been closed permanently and that you are forced to pay 10 Euros every time you want to use the hotel pool this hotel can not be recommended to anyone.

Twice we got shower gel instead of shampoo but apart from this it was good. It’s very central and near everything. You can walk or take bus or tramway all very near.

I was so happy to be able to stay at the hotel that actually appeared in Offline Love. The balcony is amazing! The room is a little small but clean. I was surprised that there was no door to the shower room, but it wasn't a big problem. You can easily access the tourist spots by walking along a nice path. I love the cute stone-design carpet on the hallway floor.
