とても良いロケーションでした。 温泉も素晴らしい！ 体調の悪くなった子を連れての遅い時間の突然の宿泊。 無理を行った中、心よく対応していただきほんとに感謝いたしました。 また、元気なときに滞在出来ればと思います。。 ありがとうございました。。

大型ホテルチェーンなので施設設備は充実してますね最上階にある大浴場は景色が良かったです。ただ露天風呂の温度がかなり熱いので利用客は少なめなのかな？推定46〜48℃位？ 部屋は喫煙室に案内されてしまったので非常に臭かった！他の部屋も(全室)？備え付けの消臭剤をかなり撒いてもダメだった👎　トイレの壁紙は非常にさ汚かったのと据えた匂いがしましたのでnoでした。

The worst hotel I've been in Japan. The room I booked has no window and no bathroom. In many places the management would keep those rooms for the staff, not for customers. A big, big disappointment. I will never come back to this hotel and advise you to stay away from it.

Last night we stayed where the Emperor stayed recently, and at half the price. This place is pretentious to say the least. As older people, it is difficult for us to use the tatami room, crawling about on the floor doesn't do replacement knees any favours! So, the only usable part is a twin bed room with a fridge (no water supplied) . Just because they have an onsen pool, doesn't mean they can charge like a qwounded bull! I'm sure many others around here have better value.
