We booked a room with beds. But there was only mattress and blankets. There were no even shower in the room. Public bath place was good. But there was so many garbage’s surround the public bath place. Very bad smell in the toilet in the room, and corridors also. There was a mountain view behind the window. But ugly to see there because of dirty windows and balcony . Very dirty room with dusty. So many damages and color shades of walls. Whole the night was so loud from next room, may be drunken people. But we couldn’t inform to the reception. Because of there was not a phone to connect the reception. If there has some emergency situation, should have a telephone line to connect with hotel staff. But at least no phone line in rooms of the hotel. It was the worst night we were in a hotel in Japan ! 私たちはベッド付きの部屋を予約しましたが、実際にはマットレスと毛布しかありませんでした。部屋にはシャワーさえありませんでした。 大浴場の施設自体は良かったのですが、大浴場の周りにはたくさんのゴミが散らかっていました。 部屋のトイレや廊下にはとても悪臭がしました。 窓の外には山の景色が見えましたが、窓やバルコニーが汚れていて見苦しかったです。 部屋はほこりっぽく、とても汚れていました。壁には多くの傷や色あせがありました。 夜通し隣の部屋がとても騒がしく、おそらく酔った人たちでした。しかしフロントに連絡することができませんでした。なぜなら、部屋にフロントへつながる電話がなかったからです。 緊急時のためにも、ホテルスタッフと連絡できる電話回線が必要だと思います。しかし、少なくともこのホテルの部屋には電話がありませんでした。 日本のホテルで過ごした中で、最悪の一夜でした！

The buffet has a wide variety of food, but it seems to be outsourced and pre-made. They've renovated the old facilities, but nothing is wasted and they're environmentally friendly. The water is lukewarm, so I recommend taking a long bath.

The food🍴 was great, the bath was okay, but there was one unfortunate thing I forgot to mention to the front desk. There was a large centipede in my room. I don't like killing things, so I put some insect repellent outside the room.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of options, and the steaks, sashimi, salmon roe, etc. were of high quality and more luxurious than the price would suggest, which was very good. The hot spring and hotel facilities were very old except for the front desk, and the water pressure in the hot spring showers was extremely weak. Depending on the time of day, the temperature of the hot spring was sometimes as hot as a heated pool, and sometimes so hot that it was impossible to get in. However, considering the price, the content was quite satisfactory, and it has good access to the Kinugawa/Nikko area and Nasu, so I think it is a very good hotel if you are looking for good value for money.

I felt there were issues with cleaning the edges of the rooms, such as near windows and on the restaurant floor.

The room has a dirty image. I was scared that the bathroom floor would collapse.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The hot springs are separated by gender depending on the time. The open-air baths available to men in the morning are comfortable.

The most important buffet dinner during the stay was served very late, and the dishes were often empty, which is very rare in Japan. Because it was less than 700 yuan and included two meals, although the hotel had many flaws, it was understandable, but the faucet in the room seemed to be broken, and the water flow was not smooth, which should be replaced. Overall, this room was acceptable.

The hotel location is not very convenient for those traveling by car, but also for those taking public transportation. The only room type I booked was a smoking room. When I arrived in the room, there was a strong smell of smoke, which was very uncomfortable. The food supply was very good, with surprises. The hot springs and large baths are good. This hotel really needs to improve its hygiene quality. The carpets are all black and the rooms should be made non-smoking. But the price/performance ratio is very good, especially with the discounts from Trip.com

It's a bit far from the station, but the surrounding environment is still very good. It's just that the facilities in the room are relatively old and have a bit of a tatami smell. But the scenery outside the window is very good. You can also play table tennis in the game room downstairs, and there are some game consoles, which is quite fun.

The room is quite big, very Japanese-style and comfortable. I particularly like the private hot spring in the room♨️. One room, two meals. The price is pretty good! High cost performance

The inn as a whole is old, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable for family vacations. This time I stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included.
