Très très bien situé, adresse pour GPS, une fois devant les arenes, un petit stress , on arrive devant bâtiment fermé, mais l'entrée est dans la rue juste à côté au fond à 150 m Manque un tout petit peu d indication pour l'entrée piéton. Parking non signalé dur le sites , plusieurs parking payant Très proches . Très très propres , accueil très gentils , Il manque peut être juste un kit de bienvenue café thé, car bouilloire a disposition , ou un petit distributeur dans le salon d accueil . Situation idéale. Chambre et lit très confortable , Merci.

Liked · From the moment we arrived at L’Imperator Maison Albar we knew we had chosen the right hotel for our stay in Nimes. This is an EXCEPTIONAL 5-star hotel and has truly set the benchmark for luxury and hospitality. Every detail of our stay was meticulously catered to, making it a very memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome from GM Romaric Blanvillain. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were shown around the beautiful facilities and on to our room by the charming Rievelinio. The hotel combines class, elegance and warmth, with beautiful interior decor and clever use of space and architecture. The pool is heavenly - in fact there are two pools to choose from, an indoor pool next to the spa and an outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers and peace and quiet. By the pool we were looked after by Quentin with an impressive level of courtesy and efficiency. Breakfast was wonderful (thanks to Natalie and Romane) and served in a calm setting, with the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. What truly sets L’Imperator apart is the exceptional service provided by the team and the way they make guests feel. Many hotels try to be hospitable because that is their job, they are ‘paid to smile’, but the Albar staff are happy to be there and show genuine care for each guest- even remembering guests names when greeting them. Special mention to the Hero’s Pierre and Benjamin, who both went above and beyond in their assistance and care. And the exceptional Fabien (so speedy) Tristan and Frederic, Kaoutar, Doriane, Karla, Clara, Maxime, Imrane, Sabah and Claire. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay. We have already re-booked to stay again…we love Nimes and we will come back to stay at L’Imperator.

Hotel com muito boa localização, em frente a gare, com fácil acesso à pé aos pontos turísticos da cidade. O atendimento é muito bom, funcionários muito gentis e prestativos. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito bem projetado, não falta espaço. O banheiro é de bom tamanho. O café da manhã é bem variado, vários tipos de geléias, granola, pães, fiambre, queijos, sucos ( o suco de laranja é feito na hora), ovos mexidos delicioso. O hotel deixa à disposição dos hóspedes água mineral com ou sem gás, gelada ou não, máquina de café de vários tipos e água saborizada, no hall, o que é muito bom.

Hotel yang terletak sangat baik, berhampiran dengan stesen kereta api SNCF. Sangat sesuai untuk bermalam. Malangnya, penerimaan tetamu hanya dibuka dari jam 5:00 petang, yang menyebabkan daftar masuk sangat lewat. Masalah kecil semasa saya menginap, bilik hotel saya mempunyai bau penyegar udara yang kuat dan ia tidak bersih, terutamanya tandas.

Small hotel in an old building in a small street. Garage parking if reserved in advance as limited. Street parking possible but may not be close My room was clean but as were other areas but there is a need for some repairs /renovation in places.
