It's a very surprising hotel. I like it. The hotel facilities are perfect, and the price is also very high. The front desk also helped me upgrade the room type for free. The room layout is also very good, clean and tidy, the front desk is also very warm, and the housekeeper Xiao Lei's service is also very good.

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I used to live in Ningbo and was familiar with this hotel, being in a central location, as well as its bar where I had had a few enjoyable nights with friends over the years. Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. 特別推薦來寧波市區入住的酒店。離老外灘差不多3公里。很近。打車也方便。前台小夥熱情周到，貼心。當天到達後，幫忙導航附近停車場。然後一系列幫忙辦理入住。因為沒有早餐，推薦辦理了會員，會員活動優惠。可以免停車費，還贈送早餐。還有其餘福利。還是很划算的。另外還贈送了咖啡。哈哈喝完後一晚上都很精神。房間整潔，衞生乾淨。總之很不錯的體驗。推薦來寧波市區的小夥伴們入住。

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!

However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell.
