Ulasan Fairfield by Marriott Ningbo Yinzhou

1. To my utter surprise most staffs in a Marriott hotel do not understand English. 2. I booked through trip and as per the booking confirmation if I pay at the hotel I can get gift of breakfast coupon which the checkin counter staff neither understood nor gave . He charged me for two breakfast. 3. I was greeted by a live dead roach at the entrance . 4. The hotel does not provide basic amenities like moisturiser or comb which is most common in any hotel in china, even the cheapest one.

The rooms are sound proof. It gave us a good night sleep:)

About 10 to 15 mins walk from the closest metro. Except for the window in the room not being so sound proof, the rest was okay.

Very nice hotel with good location. Also convenient to book a car and travel around. A small suggestion to improve on the weird smell emitting from the blanket and pillows. Overall I had a very nice experience staying in Marriott.

Everything was good , breakfast was good and Chinese food totally !!!

clean hotel and good service, however the breakfadt quality and variety is not good

The hotel is located in a quiet area, and with free parking. The staff is not always english speaking, and we had to change 3 rooms before having a room without bad odour. The one we finally got was clean, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is ok, maybe they could add some more western options.

Great experience. ILU to stay in a room with wooden floor. It’s definitely a recommendation from me.

Check inn and out was unpleasantly

I’ve chosen this hotel to see how good is it comparing with Teckion Ciel, but TECKON is definitely far much better in term of cleanness and breakfast!

Overall the stay was alright, but this was one of the worst hotels in Bonvoy chain. First of all, the English level was really poor, none of staff can speak without a translator. Many times you would be called “waiguoren” (foreigner) while waiting for service and waiting for staff to finish with native speakers first. Second, the food could be a little bitter. The breakfast time is from 6:30 to 10:30 and if you come at 9:30 you would only get cold leftovers. The dishes are presented on stoves but everything is cold. Another day we wanted to get an umbrella, but the staff told us that the hotel doesn’t have any. Today we were checking out and saw 20 or so umbrellas located in a separate room. I still don’t understand what was the problem of giving us one. Rooms are clean, we were getting new towels and sheets everyday, no problem here AC worked fine in our room. Quality of walls in terms of soundproof are OK.

Thank you Fairfield, you inspired me with everything This hotel is worth every penny your paying for, don’t run and book a low rated hotel because it’s just in the center of town, this hotel is the best hotel with reasonable price I booked since traveling to Ningbo alot, for workouters like me, they have a moderate GYM open 24H , hotel is just 10 minutes walk to 2 subway stations and you could go wherever you want with subway, and even they are besides Wanda plaza and everything is beside you Thank you very much for giving me a wonderful experience
