Room not clean, very dusty

The staff very kind , when check out and check in to Northern Annupuri hotel, they arranged shuttle to send us upon requested.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The service was great, food was delicious and onsen was wonderful. The hotel is located just a few mins walk from the Annupuri ski area and bus stop is right in front of the hotel so everything is perfect. I will definitely come back.

Very quiet boutique onsen hotel , outdoor onsen is super nice

酒店非常好，服務人員熱情周到，早晚餐好吃。唯一一點就是不能滑進滑出，要扛雪板步行400-500米到雪場，其他方面都非常滿意

在大雪覆蓋的森林裏吃早飯，真的是一種極美的享受。酒店的晚飯是此行為數不多吃到的日料定食，非常豐盛。早飯是半自助，選擇很少。酒店旁邊不遠有個小滑雪場。大浴場沒有體驗，

ホテルの方が、皆さんとても親切に対応してくれて良かった。夕食を早めたら、ワンドリンクサービス、朝食もイクラかけ放題で、大満足。また、利用したい。

酒店預訂的房型超級大，四個人住都綽綽有餘（倆個睡床倆個打地鋪） 房間自帶一個很大的會客室，和朋友通宵打牌是真的舒適。酒店還提供温泉也是很不錯的體驗。 往下走3分鐘就到可以租雪具的地方了，可以説是非常便利了！

今次已經係第四次入住呢間酒店，地方方便，去滑雪只需行5-10分鐘，感覺溫馨晚餐豐富有變化，可惜食燒肉的木餐廳已經結業

酒店的位置不錯離滑雪場步行可達，挺方便的，房間，窗景太美了內部很漂亮，我們坐到jr二世谷站，下車之後打不到車，也沒有公交車，打電話叫酒店前台來接的，很方便，前台小哥人很不錯，走的時候也開車送我們到了jr站，送的早餐晚餐很日式，算是豐盛，適合想要嘗試或者喜歡日式飲食的人，酒店的室外温泉因為天冷沒看到，房間內有衞生間但沒有淋浴間，得在酒店公共淋浴澡堂洗澡，能接受就不是大問題，我的房型房間有榻榻米裝備還挺齊全。

非常美妙的旅程，最後一天，酒店經理還特意送我們去了大巴接駁店，完美的温泉，美味的晚餐，明年再見

去雪場超級方便，酒店房間中規中矩。早餐晚餐略顯簡單。

We booked two 4 people family Mountain View rooms, 4nights for Niseko snowboarding, 5 minutes walking to Annupuri ski field. The stay was literally perfect, rooms were huge and clean, 10/10, can’t believe it is a 3 star hotel? (Correct me if I’m wrong), in my opinion the service and rooms were at least 4-4.5 star standard. The dinner was nice, the onsen was nice too but they let ppl do day visit onsen so it can be a bit packed, it was the only part I didn’t like. Btw the soft cone at the bar was way too good.

We (6 of us) and another family of 3 were the only people in the hotel . Some of the rooms have a bathtub while others do not have a shower or bathtub . Beware when you are booking the rooms . The rooms are very clean and come with two twin beds . No water is offered in the room . However the lounge on ground level do provide whole day coffee , matcha and ice water. There are also two massage chairs in the lounge which opens till midnight . Wifi is good . Onsens - a beautiful outdoor onsen overlooking out to the pine trees and two indoor onsens. Because there were so few of us ( probably low season for them) , the onsen did have an exclusive feel. Dinner was kaiseki. Delicious and amount was adequate . Breakfast was also set Japanese . Quite lovely . There are short trails around the hotel leading to a forest . There was also a distillery nearby . Do try out the alcohol .
