Hotel berhampiran Idun Batako, Nongsa

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.

I don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

Checked into this hotel at abt 8 or 9pm, cos we could not stand the hotel we checked in earlier. Was so glad that we got a beautiful deluxe room for ourselves at this timing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The reception even accommodated my last minute request for a birthday surprise for my hubby at midnight. They were so nice!! They prepared a choco lava cake with a birthday candle and a Happy Birthday wish on the plate. And 2 staff were there singing a Happy Birthday song as well. Hubby was very much caught by surprise. The room was great - spacious with sofa and armchairs with nice looking furniture, the whole room is very clean with a nice cosy setting, bathroom amenities was great, and the king bed and pillows were so comfortable I had the best sleep in many months! The best sleep was definitely the highlight of my holiday this time round 🤭 Location is awesome as its so near to Nagoya Hill Mall, all we had to do was just go by the back way. Breakfast is nice and filling. I'm not really a picky water so being full is good for me. We had a great view from our room as well. It was such a pleasure and a redemption from the bad service we unfortunately had to receive from our earlier booking at another hotel. The rooms are really as nice as the photos they uploaded. Really made our day here at Grand I Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who have served us during our stay 28 to 30 Jan 2023 at Room 627. We are really grateful for a wonderful holiday and birthday experience here. We will definitely be back here when we come to Batam again. Keep up the good work!

Location: Next to nagoya hill mall, very convenient but the main road facing is quite noisy at night. Facilities: well equipped, but pool is rather small, gym is decent. Room: size is decent, power point at desk has different types is very good. Cleanliness in room good, but the sheets are well used and time to change. Windows of room could do better with soundproofing against the traffic from the main road. Staff: very good service given by the staff, well done. Breakfast: complimentary BF provided, the spread was quite decent and the overall food is good. Overall: Is a decent and good hotel, will consider coming back to stay.

Kali pertama menempah hotel ini untuk 3 bilik utama, lokasi yang baik & kakitangan yang mesra, mendapat masalah dengan 1 bilik tidak boleh membuka pintu utama, pergi untuk memaklumkan penyambut tetamu, kali ke-3 mereka meminta keselamatan untuk naik bersama saya & mendapati pintu keluar menjilat rosak & meminta penyelenggaraan untuk membetulkan masalah. Banyak kedai makan, 2 shopping mall berdekatan. Sarapan memerlukan sedikit penambahbaikan. Lain kali akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Lokasi yang bagus. Kami sangat menyukai watak hotel itu. Hotel ini penuh dengan seni yang hebat. Hanya tempat yang menawan. Mengambil kesempatan dari lokasi pusat bandar untuk berjalan kaki ke makan malam, melihat beberapa pusat membeli-belah dan bersenang-senang membeli-belah. Bilik-bilik adalah bersih, sangat selesa, dan keselesaan katil tidak dapat dikalahkan. Perkhidmatan adalah Terkemuka! Kakitangan sangat mengagumkan. Mereka pergi berulang kali untuk membantu menjadikan penginapan kami menyeronokkan. Terima kasih yang tidak terhingga kepada Fenti, Sarah dan Laura kerana menjadikan penginapan kami tidak dapat dilupakan. Pasti akan kembali!

Saya pergi ke sana dengan jangkaan yang rendah kerana ulasan di tripadvisor. Tetapi saya rasa hotel ini agak bagus secara keseluruhan. Ya, hotel ini agak lama, dan linen mungkin mempunyai kesan kecil, tetapi saya terkejut kerana katil kembar mereka sebenarnya adalah katil bersaiz queen dan katil single. Bilik mereka juga dilengkapi dengan kebanyakan perabot kayu. Satu lagi yang saya sangat suka ialah penghawa dingin, sangat kuat dan sangat sejuk. Kami membungkus diri kami dalam selimut seperti burrito. Mungkin satu perkara kecil yang perlu diberi perhatian ialah walaupun terdapat papan tanda ”dilarang merokok” di lif, masih terdapat pengembara yang merokok secara terbuka di sana. Tetapi selain itu, saya rasa hotel ini secara keseluruhannya okay. Ia juga agak selamat, kerana anda perlu mengimbas kad bilik sebelum memilih tahap yang anda mahu pergi. Terdapat juga Macdonalds berdekatan, hanya perlu menyeberang jalan.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)
