Great place to relax for a short weekend getaway. They even have a live band to entertain you at night while you enjoy your dinner by the sea. Quiet place, away from the bustle of the city. Special thanks to Mr Eddy for making our stay extra special and making us feel welcomed.

The rooms are clean. Breakfast has variety. Out of town area but with grab, no issue.

Good view and location But not so good breakfast and no convenient store in the resort..

3bedroom challet villa is quite old, dusty, dark and far away from lobby area. We moved to hotel room (garden view) which was quite ok, close to swimming pool and lobby area. Then it becomes better.

Heart stealing scenery , amazing hotel , romantic get away from busy city . Next to nongsa terminal not far away . Massage was so so so good , best in Batam forget her name but I tip her a lot . Room 205 client . The food cannot make it , it’s been years they never improve food . All the others is great . Except their chef is not good . Food is so bad . I have to be honest but u can eat outside the hotel . No grab food is allow .

The resort is very nice! I enjoyed my stay in this resort with my friends. The receptionist who handled our stay was very accommodating and kind. We will definitely come back to this resort and will bring my friends with me.

Great place for vacation.

Resort is really a distance from the town. Had to travel ard 35min on the road and road was busy. Resort is super big thus, we had to take mini van or buggy to our Apartment every time from the lobby or vice versa. Grab food delivery is not allowed. Apartment is spacious but can be better maintained. Overall experience is still considered pleasant.

Wonderful hotel also have marina and good restaurant

Booked this hotel for 1 night with nightmare. Very disappointed on the room and service provided by this hotel. Giving me a dusty room with spiders web and window lock was damaged. Very unsafe to stay. When I went to see them to change the room and suggested to add some cost to change to a better room, but was rejected and told me all rooms were booked. I persist, asking for refund and finally they agreed to change the room for me. Again, very disappointed that the room they change for me was very remote and condition was not better than the earlier one. I gave up and on the spot I booked another hotel as I’m very tired, thinking can have a good sleep, end up nightmare. Very bad experience with this hotel and hope whoever visiting Batam, better think twice before booking this hotel/resort and don’t be conned by the look of the picture or video.

The area is nice and clean, no hassle in immigration, the staffs are accommodating. Will be coming back again for relaxation.

Experience was good at Nongsa point resort. Breakfast could be improve at the egg station during long weekend.

A pleasant 4 day 3 night stay, sister hotel to Turi Beach Resort with less stairs to climb. The feel was a lot more cozy and quiet, however got more busy over the weekend with locals also using the facilities. There is only one restaurant which is used for breakfast, other than that not much food options. No spa as well, guests would have to walk via the connecting beach/bridge to Turi instead for a massage and other restaurants. However, the staff were all friendly and conversant in English and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The room was clean and furnished nicely, and we appreciated the effort made by housekeeping staff in celebration of our anniversary. Breakfast had a decent selection, however many houseflies around the sliced fruits, hams and bread area which I would avoid. Cheese also left unrefrigerated and smelled like it went off. Otherwise cooked and covered foods were delicious. Keep up the great work Nongsa Point team!
