The room were not clean and there were constructions going on their 5th and 6th floor. The room had the lights broken and the TV set being removed. I spent 2 hours trying to settle in a normal room. A complete and total waste of time

Really great location. Rooms are always clean. The service is top notch. It's a little pricey but it's a Courtyard so you know it's worth it. Also close to town so many great restaurants nearby!
We had a terrible experience at this hotel. I want to copy and paste the email that I sent to the GM while we were still there as guests, and I have received no response from them other than they added a few Marriott Bonvoy points with no communication/apology for the poor experience. Here’s the email: Good morning, I wanted to write you today to inform you of our experiences at the Courtyard Marriott. We checked in yesterday, July 13, at 6:30pm. I had reserved a larger room 2 queen suite with a sofa bed because my wife and I are traveling with our two children, and they sleep better if they are in separate beds. I thought that the sleeper sofa and the two queens would be a perfect room for us. When I arrived, we were informed by the front desk staff that there were no more of this type of room available. They were “sold out.” I do not understand how that can be possible. A reservation is supposed to hold the room for me. It should be impossible for the type of room I reserved to be “sold out.” She offered to lower my price and move me to a smaller room, and I declined. I requested an upgraded room, which she did provide. The upgraded room has a king bed and two sleeper sofas. It is not ideal, but it will work for us. Still, I shouldn’t have to ask for an upgraded room. If something has gone wrong on your end and my room type is unavailable, I should be automatically upgraded, not downgraded. So we get to our room. Room 601. It is a 2 room suite that has two sleeper sofas (twin size), so it is clear that it is a room that is meant for a family. There was only one set of sheets in the room for the two sleeper sofas. The bathroom contained two towels and two washcloths. Why would a room that is clearly meant for a family of four not contain all the items necessary for a family of four? In the bathroom, the light above the shower does not work. On the back wall behind the toilet, there is a strange green stain on the wall in several places. I have attached photos of the stains. I went downstairs this morning to print something we needed, only to find out that there is no computer attached to the printer, and you have to email the front desk (to a gmail account) to have something printed. Coupled together, all these issues do not present the brand standard that I’m normally accustomed to when staying at a Marriott property. I needed to make you aware of these concerns, so you can hopefully make them right, both for me and my family and for your future hotel guests. We are on a long family road trip, staying at many different hotels. Our first hotel was a Residence Inn property. We had reserved a two bedroom unit at the hotel and we couldn’t be accommodated because a family that had a house fire was using their 2 bedroom unit and their house was taking longer than expected to be finished. Tanmay was great checking us in and even gave us a free upgrade ! Room was clean, quiet and inviting. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside. Great food options inside including Starbucks! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Nice clean room. Great sleeping conditions due to blackout curtains and great AC. Did not have time to use pool or gym but they looked appealing. Adjacent sports bar was convenient as was target store nearby. Also a Shake Shack and Costco at site.

Awful experience. Horrible customer service. While checking in I noticed a sign saying no water from 8 am until noon. The employee checking me in never mentioned it. Good thing I noticed sign. Have business meeting in morning and need water to shower etc. front desk worker nasty and told us too bad. Was of no help to rebook us somewhere else. Driving around at 10 pm looking for alternate arrangements. Where is the customer service.
