Room had issues which included the shower, toilet, and temperature control defective. Also front desk staff were courteous but didn’t have any supplies for example razors and extra shampoos. It was a good average room but lacked some love

Room walls were paper thin. Light fixtures were broken and hanging in place. Bathroom ceiling light didn’t have a cover and the shower was filthy. There was also what appeared to be blood smeared on the light switch in the bathroom.

We stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival , the lobby looked and smelled clean and updated. Checked in, the room is small and smells musty, old and outdated. The air conditioning unit had a french fry in it and blows directly to the bed closest to it so if you want a cold room, the person laying in that bed will freeze. The table felt sticky. The shower/tub is old and didn’t drain! So by the time we were done showering, water would be to your ankles. The water pressure was weak unless you changed the shower head to the “beat you up” setting. You can definitely tell this hotel is lacking cleaning! The best part of the room was the bathroom mirror! Breakfast was basic. Hot breakfast included eggs and sausage links. Also, not a single ice machine had ice!! 5 floors and no ice!

Average hotel for decent price. Bathtub was slanted on each side - like a boat keel so I almost slipped and went down in the shower. Hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. Decent stay for decent price. Nice trail to run on right off the parking lot and mall/theater across the street.

I’ve stayed at this hotel chain in several cities in USA but this time it was very special thanks to Dev and Shaliza, every single day they made me feel at home, always attentive to any situation, no matter how minor it may be; their kindness and gentleness was unique.
All the front desk staff were great too.
I can say that I found a new family in Cleveland and that was awesome.
Thank you so much guys (everyone who works there) for making my stay wonderful😊

The only concern I had was the back exit door didn't work properly with the key. There were no other concerns and I was satisfied and would use that facility again.

Pet Friendly! $25 Staff at reception were extremely competent both coming and going. Breakfast was plentiful and area was clean. Remodeled and stylish. Beds were comfortable. Note that rug in our room was ripped and poorly repaired damage by the tub.
