We selected this hotel because of the great reviews we saw for it on different platforms and the pictures posted online. However, we had the worst experience of our lives during this one day stay. First, they allotted us a very filthy room which was not cleaned at all, we were unsure if the bedsheets were changed or not as it was stained. The cupboard had glasses with alcohol and to top it all, the room smelled very bad. When we complained, they did shift us to another room which was slightly better than the previous one in terms of cleanliness. But it was dingy and has a wierd smell. To top this all, there were a lot of mosquitoes and the staff didn't even have a repellent. We could have still managed with all this but the biggest issue which led to our worst experience was the proximity of our room to the reception area. The hotel staff was playing loud music and chit-chatting loudly pretty much the whole time during our stay, so much so that we couldn't sleep in the night at all.
