We really enjoyed our two night stay. The new restaurant menu is an upgrade to the old one. Keep the improved trend. Wait staff and front desk were very personable.
One area to improve is the main pool needs a thorough cleaning. There was debris (not the normal leaves floating) at the bottom of the pool by the edge. A good vacuum will solve that issue.
Overall a quality stay. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Everything about the hotel was superb, the spacious room, pool area, staff. Hotel is a short drive to the amazing local beaches (although hotel offers complimentary beach shuttle) and lively restaurants and bars of Nosara but tucked away on the hillside in the peace & quiet. Unexpected wonderful wildlife around the pool - lizards, hawks, howler monkeys, racoon families. Highly recommend this hotel.

The roads getting to the property — and the Nosara area — were incredibly bumpy and rough. Once we arrived it was totally worth it. The staff was very friendly, they helped us with our Spanish, made it easy to schedule rides to town and activities offered. The restsurant was beautiful and the food was fresh and they had light healthy options. There is only 1 restaurant on site, so going into town for some meals was nice (La Luna has the best sunsets ever) The onsite pool were perfect—the views were fabulous. The resort is high end, the town feels local, safe with easy beach access — the beaches are gorgeous. Highly recommend.

This hotel is amazing! It definitely has a luxury feel to it. The staff were so friendly, they went above and beyond. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed in this was by far our favorite. The food was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing. I would love to come back and stay here again.

The Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us thruout our stay. The rooms are beautiful the food was amazing, and the shuttles and tours where amazing. We will definitely be back LGBTQ and Blk travel friendly

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views, pools, facilities, room, deck were all fabulous. The food and drinks were also great. Customer service could not have been better; we felt like royalty. The shuttle was convenient - we walked down to the beaches and caught the shuttle back. Food at the restaurant was delicious (the only thing I would recommend is to add some kind of casado to the dinner menu - we wanted something more traditional). We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing staff, I want to highlight Ana at the front desk: always willing to help, smiling and overall making customer's experience better. She was awesome! That being said, really all personnel were very nice.
