It’s perfect for families. Spacious rooms and it has everything from kitchen to clean bathrooms and TV. I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed here for a 4 day working trip and found it had everything I needed. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchenette, including a dishwasher, which made self‑catering easy and convenient. The location was excellent, just a 10–12 minute walk to Nuremberg’s main train station and close to the city centre offering plenty of options for dining out or grocery shopping. Check‑in and check‑out were seamless thanks to responsive staff working remotely who made the process simple and efficient. Overall, this was a comfortable and practical base for my trip and I would definitely stay again.

I was sort of worried after reading the review about this place, but I guess according to the type room, the comments of people can change. I arrived little earlier than 4 pm. At lobby you have free wifi where you can register yourself through your phone. There are some other people were waiting too. Around 16:05 other people's received their room number but mine wasn't arriving. I waited another half hour but still nothing. I had to call them and they fixed the situation for me. My room was at second floor, had a double bed , good space, great internet. Kitchen supplies were ok. Couple of small things they can change or fix to make that place much much better. I don't know what do you call but day time curtains ( I guess) wasn't there for the big window. You have people on other building who can see you. But if you put the night curtains in day time then you got no sun lights coming in. Small window didn't have any curtains which is not suitable for people who are sensitive sleeper. Ventilator inside the bathroom was way too noisy but if you close the door, you don't hear anything. Overall it was better than I expected.

the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

It’s completely virtual check in. I was having an issue since I booked on trip but when I called, the receptionist was very helpful and got me checked in and helped me find my room. There is no breakfast or amenities but the room is large and has typical apartment things. This was my 2nd stay.

Satisfied! The hotel needs to take this issue seriously and address the fact that someone can break in at any time. This makes guests feel very unsafe.

The room was very clean and you could cook. It was very convenient. There were supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and the square was not far away. I highly recommend it. I will stay here again next time.

It was terrible. The air conditioner was leaking, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was roaring, and there was no staff at night. I couldn't sleep at all. It was terrible.
