My wife and I stayed fives day prior to our Christmas cruise. The rooms were spacious and clean. We are particular people about clean rooms. The cleaning services were thorough and meticulous, 5 stars. We purchased breakfast each day, 5 stars too. Breakfast was mainly a buffet style, but eggs or omelets are made fresh to order. We found something different to enjoy each day. All the servers were very friendly, helpful and timely, again 5 stars. I especially enjoyed speaking Italian with Corina and Nichole. My wife didn’t utilize the spa but we did utilize the saunas and pool. Overall a wonderful place, staff, and location, walkable to old town and the train station. Highly recommend

Hotel centrale ,comodo e bello.Camere spaziose e pulite.Una grossa pecca però,le stanze con vista sulla strada principale soprattutto durante il weekend,hanno il disagio del chiasso per strada di ragazzi.Urla ,risate davvero fastidiose. Discreta la colazione ma fastidiosa la presenza assillante dei camerieri che non ti danno il tempo di fare colazione in assoluto relax che già ti tolgono il piatto.Davvero snervante

Wow, what a great hotel! Friendly, efficient and helpful reception. For difficult sleepers the best rooms (sound proofing, airco that cools, good beds) where I slept like a baby. On top a great walk in shower with rain shower. Parking available with plenty of room (14 euro per night). Breakfast is great as well. What a nice way to end my holiday! Only disadvantage I can think of is the location if you want to be near many good bars and restaurants, but the city center is not that far away.

This is a fantastic hostel! It is modern, well equipped & super clean. It is more like a nice hotel. It is an easy walk to the main train station. However, I’ve given it 4 rather than 5 for two reasons: 1. The room was stiflingly hot & opening the window didn’t help. 2. The location isn’t great for getting food if you arrive a little late.

This is an amazing, brand new hotel!!we really enjoyed our two nights stay there and wished we could stay longer. Location is ideal, like 2’ away from the train station, the old town gates and the opera. Our room was very spacious overlooking the old town and at the same time so quiet. The room layout and style is very modern and practical, everything is brand new and spotless, the bathroom was also very nice with good amenities and very good lighting. The breakfast room was also very chic and spacious and breakfast selection was pretty generous considering the room price with a very good selection of hot and cold dishes and good coffee quality. Check in and check out was easy and despite the hotel being busy because of the holidays season you didn’t feel any hustle around. Absolutely recommended!!!

Ich habe das Intercity Hotel für einen Stadttrip genutzt und war insgesamt zu zufrieden. Die Lobby und der angrenzende Frühstücksbereich sind sehr einladend und wohnlich gestaltet. Sehr gut ist auch die direkte Lage am Bahnhof in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Nimmt man den richtigen Ausgang am Bahnhof sind es nur ca. 150m zum Hotel. Die Business Zimmer liegen zur Seitenstrasse und sind ruhig nach meiner Erfahrung, die Standard Zimmer liegen zu den Gleisen und könnten lauter sein. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe mit viel Ablagemöglichkeiten und einem richtigen Schrank. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei mir einwandfrei, ein anderer Gast aus dem 3. Stock berichtete von Problemen. Negativ sind Duschgeräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer (vergleichbar einem Lüftungsgeräusch); ist wohl ein bauliches Problem. Die Duschtür war bei mir nicht ganz dicht, die Rezeption versprach Abhilfe, als ich dies beim Check-out meldete.

Für unseren Städtetrip nach Nürnberg hatten wir uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht. Es war ein Zufallstreffer, aber wir würden es wieder buchen. An der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich empfangen und gut informiert. Das Zimmer war in der zweiten Etage, war geräumig und sehr ruhig zum Hof. Unser Frühstück wurde als Bufett angeboten und war reichhaltig. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Von diesem Hotel sind es nur ein paar Schritte und man ist mitten in der Fußgängerzone und kann hier bummeln und shoppen oder essen und trinken.

Zentrales Hotel beim Hauptbahnhof. In 5 Minuten gelangt man in die wunderschöne Altstadt. Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Unser Familienzimmer war neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen wieder, unsere Kinder fragen schon wann wir da nächste mal ins Playmobilland fahren.
