From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations, management promptly addressed any concerns we had, Check-in was smooth and great value for the price paid, perfectly situated, the room were spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities.

This isn't a hotel. It's a trap house. Don't do this to yourself. Seriously. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one. I don't care about the waste of money at this point. I'd rather sleep in my car next time.

First off to say I’m never ever coming here again. I literally had problems after problems. Upon checking in the guy gave me a room that smelled horrible of roach spray and no lie i found out the exact reason and right then the bathroom was filled with roaches running around. So the guy insisted on changing my room and because i had drove 12 hours from out state and was extremely exhausted I said ok. Then while getting in this room the noise was so crazy i could not sleep from the wall being so thin the guest upstairs were running around sounded like a party with horses and bowling balls were going on upstairs waking my baby up causing me nor neither one of us to get rest. I go to the front desk and the lady that says she’s a manager say she’s going to send the maintenance man to tell them to be quiet. Who I found out that came opened my room with my children In it without knocking and just opening the door without permission to entree while I was at the front desk. After coming back from the front desk and talking to my older daughter another lady comes in my room no knock no nothing and looks at my son and closes the door. So I fly to the front desk still tired and highly upset and the same lady and the maintenance man and the so called manager are standing there looking crazy so I said who opened my door twice. So the so called manager says oh she made a mistake. So i said how is it a mistake twice and nobody is knocking. So I’m now sitting here writing this review and calling the better business Bureau code and enforcement and the state board. I’m completely unsatisfied this is very disgusting and unprofessional.
