Hotel berhampiran 小八幡みどりの広場, Odawara

To enjoy the Infinity Pool we got up at 6 am. The facilities have a very chic design, black and gray with modern Zen lines. The view was great but wouldn't be in bad weather. Only 2 smaller jacuzzis and 5 sunbeds. Already it was pretty packed with young 20 somethings. The sunset should be fantastic. The onsen was a floor below, a large square indoor bath and one outdoor with wooden slats covering the whole view but letting in air. Nothing special. The fitness room was still closed and so was the lobby bar (Covid). We arrived after eating in Enoshima. We had a seaside room with a balcony but no seating on it; our daughter+kids had a mountain view): a smaller room with no balcony, less space and parking lot view. Our plan did include the infinity pool/onsen admission (after the Long Beach summer season closed). Breakfast was fantastic-something for everyone in a bright sunny room with ocean-view. Parking costs ¥1000.

First and foremost, the hotel is just a road across the Yumoto station and bus stations towards all places in Hakone and is extremely convenient! The service was excellent and took my request in swift and prompt response. There is even a souvenir shop that gathers almost all kinds of souvenirs of the area. You can pay a little more to book a private onsen bath for yourself or your family. Will visit again if I come back to Hakone again.

안녕하세요 저는 한국인입니다 이 료칸엔 10월 초에 방문했습니다 일단 사장님께서 번역기를가지고 정말친절하게대해주시고 목욕시간 디너,조식 시간까지 정해서 진행해주십니다 방은 정말 좋으며, 목욕탕도 혼자서사용했기에 너무좋았습니다 디너,조식 모두 맛있었으며 주류는 유료였습니다 숙소주위에 감성좋은곳이많으며 기차가지나가는것을 자주볼수있어서 좋았습니다 다음 방문엔 여자친구랑 같이온다고 사장님께 얘기했었는데 나중에 꼭 다시 가겠습니다 숙소에서 체크아웃하고보니 숙소 키를 반납을안해서 우체국서비스로 보내드렸었는데 받으셨을지모르겠습니다 정말 인생에 기억남을만한 료칸이었습니다 감사합니다 こんにちは。私は韓国人です この旅館には10月初めに訪問しました 一応社長が翻訳機を持って本当に親切にしてくださってお風呂の時間ディナー、朝食の時間まで決めて進行してくれます 部屋は本当にいいし、銭湯も一人で使っていたのでとても良かったです ディナーも朝食も美味しかったし、酒類は有料でした 宿の周りに感性の良いところが多くて汽車が通るのをよく見られて良かったです 次の訪問には彼女と一緒に来ると社長に話しましたが、後で必ずまた行きます 宿でチェックアウトしてみたら宿の鍵を返却しなかったので郵便局サービスでお送りしましたが、届いたか分かりません 本当に人生に残る旅館でした ありがとうございます。

Saya tinggal di Jepun. Apabila tiada pelancong, akan semakin sedikit orang yang melancong dengan anak-anak! Hakone sangat cantik! Dan lokasi Xueyuehua Hotel adalah sangat mudah! (Saya cuba tinggal di tepi tasik pada hari terakhir, ia benar-benar menyusahkan, kecuali bas hanya pergi dengan bot, dan saya pening apabila bas membelok ke jalan gunung) Masih mudah untuk Gora! Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik! (Hotel di Jepun mengenakan bayaran untuk setiap orang, jangan tanya tentang katil tambahan! Satu lagi orang akan dikenakan bayaran lebih) Bilik ini sangat besar, ini jarang berlaku di Jepun! Tetapi hotel ini sangat lama dan kemudahannya sangat lama! Hotel pertama apabila Gora Subway keluar, tetapi kerana ia sangat dekat, balkoni terdengar bunyi bising kereta bawah tanah! Tetapi tiada bunyi bising selepas ditutup! Di sebelahnya ialah Gora Flower Fan Hotel tempatan yang terbaik! (Fikirkan semula) Kerana wabak itu tidak termasuk sarapan pagi, saya tahu bahawa saya perlu membuat tempahan apabila saya pergi ke sana. Terdapat sangat sedikit restoran di sekitar, dan ia ditutup pada hari Khamis. Umumnya, ia dibuka pada pukul 11 dan berakhir pada pukul 5 atau 6 petang! Saya terpaksa makan seawal mungkin. Saya tidak tahu pada mulanya, saya hanya boleh membeli mee segera di tingkat satu hotel. Ambil yukata di tingkat satu, jangan lupa masuk! Terdapat tiga mata air panas peribadi dan dua kolam besar. Saya juga mencuba mandi batu di tingkat dua (juga ditempah). Mata air panas yang besar pada asasnya sangat sedikit! Hubungan wabak! Pembayaran dibuat secara automatik oleh mesin, dan dibayar untuk mandi batu 1500➕mata air panas 900!

We got this very large suite that was in the CONDO complex. It is outside of the main building but there are walkways in the back that allow transverse with the key. That said, it was incredibly comfortable. The beds were plush and comfy. Spring bath was soothing. The suite was HUGE!! There was a large sitting area as well as a patio. The entire place never felt crowded even though people were always checking in. I did not see anyone the entire time while walking around except during mealtime and the dessert hour. We signed up for both dinner and breakfast because we weren’t too keen on looking for a restaurant. It was the best decision because the food was very fresh and varied (although focused on Japanese more). It was buffet style with an extra personalized item that you get to order. Dessert was generous and there was a small bar to mix one’s own drinks. Afterwards, there is a dessert-beer-coffee bar that was just wonderful. It was like a mixer. The onsen was nice. We ended up doing only the private onsen and it was available both times. We also had the bath in the suite. Everything felt super clean and immaculate. The hosts and reception personnel were nice and friendly throughout. Check-in and check-out was quick and seamless. It is about 5 minutes’ walk from the GORA train station. There are lots of bus in the main street downstairs.

いつも、あたたかく出迎えてくださり朝食もおいしくて、部屋はきれいに掃除されていて、ゆったりと過ごせるツインルームです。　パジャマが　すてきブルーグレーの作衣で着やすくて、人工温泉の大浴場も、清潔そのもの、ガラス越しのお庭が疲れを癒してくれますよ！ 夕食も　美味しいから疲れた体を元気にさせてくれますね！　コインランドリーが有るから温泉入りながら、洗濯して　乾燥機に入れたら部屋に帰りノンビリTVタイムしてると乾燥も終了できます。すぐ近くにローソンがあり24時間空いてます。その隣がワークマンの店朝7時からオープン　ホテル前にはCOCOのレストラン反対側にはスーパーのベルクが24時まで開いていて　とても便利ですよ！ 伊勢原に行く時の私たち親子の定宿ですよ！パーキングが無料でうれしいですね！

服務：有兩名中國店員會說中文，服務態度很好，有接送服務，但是需要提前預定，接送範圍衹有到蘆之湖和車站。 環境：環境非常好，日式房可以直接看到蘆之湖，但是上山的路是真的很難，公交的話間隔半小時，而且如果自己走上去需要看路牌，公交站到酒店那段路是沒有信號的，無法用導航，比較適合喜歡登山或者冒險的吧，因為真的很高，恐高的不建議自己走。 衛生：客廳和住房打掃的都很乾凈，有被套的但是需要注意的事需要自己鋪，不使用被套的話可能會被收取額外費用，但是畢竟是在山上所以會有一些蟲子，比如小蜘蛛。 設施：溫泉的話男女分開的，有兩個池子，室內室外都有，沒什麼區別，就是室外的話晚上會有被燈光吸引的蟲子。房間內是沒有洗浴的，是和溫泉在一起的，以及進口處的玄關是需要拖鞋進入的（特指日式房)，旁邊有飲料機。

This is a fantastic experience to stay in this hotel. Due to Covid19, I didnt try the public hot spring but book the room with the Japanese bathroom. The hot spring is hot enough though our room is not the sea view but u can definitely release all your stress. The food and service are highly recommended and next time will world being my family to stay at least 2 days to enjoy !

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

Enjoyed the location and staying in this hotel. Being near the premium outlets was an unexpected treat on the afternoon we arrived! Rooms are clean and modern. Plenty of service food and attention making the stay more enjoyable. (free Ramen on the evening, free ice cream after the bath, free bike rental, free drinks)
