I stayed at this hotel at the last week of September 2021 for a couple of days and booked through the hotel itself because I had a few questions regarding the stay. The staff of the reservations department were really friendly and helpful. In particular Dmitriy who helped me with my reservation. I booked a superior room including breakfast and including airport-shuttle. Breakfast rate was around 11,50 euro and the airport shuttle was around 20 euro per one-way. Both felt a bit expensive, but I didn’t want to made the effort to arrange the taxi myself. The trip from the airport to the hotel took around 30-40 minutes and this amount of time is dependable on traffic. Odessa is notorious for it’s traffic-jams so don’t be surprised if it is taking you longer to your destination. At check-in the reception ladies were really kind, nice and could speak good English. I was even pleasantly surprised that I got my late check-out which I asked for. During my stay the service of these ladies was excellent. They arrange a couple of times a taxi for me and even a bouquet of flowers. The (superior) room itself was nice. (Room number 507) With a clean bathroom, clean bed and like described on the website. The only problem I had was that around the evenings I could hear my above neighbour making noises by walking/running on the floor. I didn’t report it to the hotel, because eventually the noise stopped. Housekeeping staff was friendly, quick and good speak sufficient English to make myself understood in English to them. The service of laundry was good and very quick. Prices were average like any other 5 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, just I had the feeling that the choice of buffet items was limited. Just a few options for bread, but enough hot dishes (e.g. eggs and sausages). Also the staff attention to the guests was limited. On all occasions I had to asked for a coffee and/or a tea myself instead of someone came to me and asked me what I would like to drink. These options where also not available for self-service on the buffet. I didn’t had lunch in the restaurant, but I did had dinner. The service for the dinner was much better than the breakfast service. The gentlemen servicing me was kind, honest and his level of English was perfect. In the end I ordered a giant piece of steak which he honestly told me that it was huge. I can definitely recommend the steak (see picture). All by all I had a good stay, from start to the end with maybe some little aspects to improve. I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a premium location in the city centre close to all great sightseeing places and if you don’t want to make effort in arranging all services like airport-shuttle etc.

Continuing a business trip, I wanted to take a three-day city break in Odessa. I was offered a fair deal by the hotel (25% less the rate I was offered by a similar class hotel where I stayed during my business trip and with breakfast and late 14:00 hrs. check-out included). All in all, the deal and the location of the hotel made me book a junior suite (702) with a west facing balcony and some great sunset views. Compared to similar Ukrainian hotels, the breakfast is excellent and frequently resupplied with freshly prepared hot items. They offer sparkling wines and spirits as well, for those who fancy this. When I asked if the room had a refrigerator, they answer was “yes, and if you want to use if for your own beverages, we can clear it right away”. This is definitely a hotel I’ll use again, also because the staff is committed and engaging with the guests, which creates quite a welcoming feeling. The only downside was that the hotel requires pre-payment, which is complicated, because I was unwilling to send my credit card details by e-mail. In the end, they accepted my credit card payment at check-in, and this worked fine.

В принципе хорошо провела выходные после командировки. Но 250 евро за 2 дня в октябре - ту мач для этого уровня. - Номера милые, чистенькие, светлые. Вид ”на сад” - традиционно на стройку. От дизайна многого ждать не стоит, заметно ниже уровня того же хилтона. Хотя однозначно уютно. - Вкусные завтраки. Точно не стоит брать с собой при выезде ланч-бокс, он прям босяцкий. Кухня ресторана в течение дня на любителя авторской подачи и видения рецептуры с подвыподвертом. Для чуваков попроще, типа меня, больше по нраву соседний морской ресторан Терраса. - Красивущее лобби с видом на море. Прям респект. - Само море в октябре не интересовало, но это однозначно не для пляжного отдыха вариант. Спуск с каменного парапета по лестнице в грязную воду. В жару там можно умом тронуться. А бассейн крошечный. - Персонал - вежливая приятная молодежь, трудятся, стараются, приятно посмотреть. - Расположение прекрасное для прогулок по городу. Без такси можно догулять легко до всех центральных достопримечательностей мин за 15. Вывод - за меньшие деньги я осталась бы счастлива. Нынешняя цена на порядок завышена.

Но вино тут особое - это комплимент от ресторана и окончательно радует приветственная открытка, написанная от руки лично управляющей отелем! Отдельного упоминания стоит ресторан, который расположен в отеле. Кстати, один из лучших в городе! Такое впечатление, что шеф – повар и вся его команда решили предвосхитить кулинарными изысками, Ваши желания! Завтраки, основные блюда, десерты – все на высшем уровне и отменного вкуса! Однозначно стоит прогуляться по городу, ознакомиться с достопримечательностями и историческими памятниками архитектуры. И тут уже все продумали – в отеле есть буклет с достопримечательностями и рекомендациями по выбору оптимального маршрута! С полной ответственностью можно назвать этот бутик-отель эталоном гостеприимства, внимания, заботы, уюта и комфорта! Вы непременно будете в восторге от пребывания в этом атмосферном месте, в котором все сделано для Гостей, которые явно дороги владельцу, менеджменту и всей команде, за что им искренняя благодарность и уважение!

It is my fifth stay this year in this charming hotel. What attracted me first was it’s Location , but I come back for the good quality and service . The beautiful city of Odessa has few main quarters but after visiting the entire city it is clear that the best part of the city is the Old Center next to the Opera and to the famous park and boulevard . This area is crowded with restaurants cafes shops bars and small hotels .I have seen most of them and Hotel Mozart has the best location and offers best value for money. The rooms are designed jin traditional classic Odessa style, with very comfortable Bed and mattress . The bathroom has all amenities with excellent shower. They have daily room service and exchange of towels and bedding . Nice restaurant with beautiful outdoor garden and tasty breakfast. All is very clean and well maintained with 24/7 live security. They have reserved parking In front of the hotel and it has very easy access everywhere . The new excellent General manager Denys Nikita is managing the hotel on top standard , that all works very well with very kind service on every level of the staff. The reception managers Oksana, Victoria and Elena are very kind and helpful . I fully recommend this hotel for authentic Odessa experience for business and leisure

When I wanted to check in -I was told that the booking was cancelled and I was shocked at hearing that as I did not cancel the booking. I have looked at my bank account and did not see any refunds when the booking is cancelled. When I asked them who cancelled my booking-there was no answer and after making many called to the booking company it became clear that my booking is not cancelled but this was 30-40 minutes later and I had to wait with my suitcases in the lobby. This experience was not good-pretty unnerving.

It is located in the quiet part of the central street Deribasovskaya and all the iconic landmarks of Odessa are just within walking distance. A wide choice of restaurants, coffee shops, pizzerias to suit any taste and budget are just around a corner. That is truly convenient and time-saving. Another thing that impressed me in the hotel was the quality of the building which is an architectural heritage featuring thick walls, high ceilings, and wide windowsills. At the same time, it is harmoniously combined with modern amenities and creates comfortable atmosphere. The staff of the hotel was friendly and accommodating. They showed me the rooms in the other part of the hotel with beautiful views over the sea and terraces. These were awesome and I dream about staying there one day in the future!

Hotel bernilai tinggi untuk wang, terletak di pusat bersejarah bandar, dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki ke semua tempat. Biliknya besar, dengan bilik mandi besar dan balkoni Odessa. Satu katil besar. Terdapat segalanya, tetapi satu perkara - ubat gigi, kuas dan pisau cukur semuanya hilang, saya harus pergi ke kedai untuk membeli, tetapi dalam konteks lain, perkara ini menjadi remeh. Kadang-kadang suara jiran didengar, tetapi mereka tidak dikritik. Secara umumnya, kebanyakan masa adalah sunyi. Lobi pintu masuk yang indah (gaya Odessa). Secara umum, yang lain menebus kekurangan kecil dari kekurangan pasta dan kuas dengan pisau cukur, kerana harga hotel serupa adalah dua kali ganda. Oleh itu, saya benar-benar berpuas hati!
