We have been coming here on family vacation 4 summers since 2017. The hotel is extremely well executed regarding amenities, design, services and cleanliness. A true luxury hotel. The pool area is awesome. Very calm and relaxing, even when the hotel is full. Staff and service is very friendly, and the restaurant is open 24/7. We definitely recommend booking one of the superior rooms or above, with balcony over the pool area and a stunning view towards the Black Sea. The beach is about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, but the beach is imo not very nice (overcrowded and not very clean water), so we usually stay at the pool. The weather in July is usually blue sky and 31-32 degrees Celsius. The hotel owns a nice tennis arena 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel, with 6 clay courts. You can book a court and even a coach (Andrej was an awesome coach for our 8-year-old daughter) from the hotel reception. The breakfast is very good, with a nice buffet as well as a hot menu which you can order from free of charge. All in all, it is hard to find anything negative about Panorama De Luxe. If anything, the drinks and food could be improved slightly. Don`t get me wrong, it`s not bad at all, but it has room for improvements. For example, medium cooked steak is usually served well done minus. We have no problem recommending staying at Panorama De Luxe, which we have done for the past 4 summers. Both the kids and adults will have a great time in a true luxury environment!

От дизайна многого ждать не стоит, заметно ниже уровня того же хилтона. Хотя однозначно уютно. - Вкусные завтраки. Точно не стоит брать с собой при выезде ланч-бокс, он прям босяцкий. Кухня ресторана в течение дня на любителя авторской подачи и видения рецептуры с подвыподвертом. Для чуваков попроще, типа меня, больше по нраву соседний морской ресторан Терраса. - Красивущее лобби с видом на море. Прям респект. - Само море в октябре не интересовало, но это однозначно не для пляжного отдыха вариант. Спуск с каменного парапета по лестнице в грязную воду. В жару там можно умом тронуться. А бассейн крошечный. - Персонал - вежливая приятная молодежь, трудятся, стараются, приятно посмотреть. - Расположение прекрасное для прогулок по городу. Без такси можно догулять легко до всех центральных достопримечательностей мин за 15. Вывод - за меньшие деньги я осталась бы счастлива. Нынешняя цена на порядок завышена.

I stayed at this hotel at the last week of September 2021 for a couple of days and booked through the hotel itself because I had a few questions regarding the stay. The staff of the reservations department were really friendly and helpful. In particular Dmitriy who helped me with my reservation. I booked a superior room including breakfast and including airport-shuttle. Breakfast rate was around 11,50 euro and the airport shuttle was around 20 euro per one-way. Both felt a bit expensive, but I didn’t want to made the effort to arrange the taxi myself. The trip from the airport to the hotel took around 30-40 minutes and this amount of time is dependable on traffic. Odessa is notorious for it’s traffic-jams so don’t be surprised if it is taking you longer to your destination. At check-in the reception ladies were really kind, nice and could speak good English. I was even pleasantly surprised that I got my late check-out which I asked for. During my stay the service of these ladies was excellent. They arrange a couple of times a taxi for me and even a bouquet of flowers. The (superior) room itself was nice. (Room number 507) With a clean bathroom, clean bed and like described on the website. The only problem I had was that around the evenings I could hear my above neighbour making noises by walking/running on the floor. I didn’t report it to the hotel, because eventually the noise stopped. Housekeeping staff was friendly, quick and good speak sufficient English to make myself understood in English to them. The service of laundry was good and very quick. Prices were average like any other 5 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, just I had the feeling that the choice of buffet items was limited. Just a few options for bread, but enough hot dishes (e.g. eggs and sausages). Also the staff attention to the guests was limited. On all occasions I had to asked for a coffee and/or a tea myself instead of someone came to me and asked me what I would like to drink. These options where also not available for self-service on the buffet. I didn’t had lunch in the restaurant, but I did had dinner. The service for the dinner was much better than the breakfast service. The gentlemen servicing me was kind, honest and his level of English was perfect. In the end I ordered a giant piece of steak which he honestly told me that it was huge. I can definitely recommend the steak (see picture). All by all I had a good stay, from start to the end with maybe some little aspects to improve. I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a premium location in the city centre close to all great sightseeing places and if you don’t want to make effort in arranging all services like airport-shuttle etc.

Stayed with my little one for two days in standard room.I have nothing but good things to say starting from service,ending the location of the hotel.The resort has everything you need and even more for great time spending.Wonderful spa with several pools, baths and different types of saunas is included to room price as well as amazing buffet- style breakfast.The selection of food is unbelievable.They even serve champagne and mussels for breakfast :D There is a cinema room where they show cartoons and movies every night, the kid's zone with baby sitters is excellent for parents who want to have some time for themselves.While by the pool you can see the dolphins being trained through the glass wall.For extra price you can have swimming session with dolphins,photos,etc.I'm totally in love with this place and will definitely come back! BTW the place is functioning on high powered generators,so no worries about electric outages- there they have electricity and wifi 24/7 👌

Continuing a business trip, I wanted to take a three-day city break in Odessa. I was offered a fair deal by the hotel (25% less the rate I was offered by a similar class hotel where I stayed during my business trip and with breakfast and late 14:00 hrs. check-out included). All in all, the deal and the location of the hotel made me book a junior suite (702) with a west facing balcony and some great sunset views. Compared to similar Ukrainian hotels, the breakfast is excellent and frequently resupplied with freshly prepared hot items. They offer sparkling wines and spirits as well, for those who fancy this. When I asked if the room had a refrigerator, they answer was “yes, and if you want to use if for your own beverages, we can clear it right away”. This is definitely a hotel I’ll use again, also because the staff is committed and engaging with the guests, which creates quite a welcoming feeling. The only downside was that the hotel requires pre-payment, which is complicated, because I was unwilling to send my credit card details by e-mail. In the end, they accepted my credit card payment at check-in, and this worked fine.

So the concise version , the facts No restaurant so you have to go out every evening No order at breakfast (long delays) even if you preorder the night before No water available in your room No kettle, no drinks at all in your room Nothing in fridge (mini bar is a luxury but maybe a bottle or jug of water ) Air con unit fizzing and crackling all day and night even though it’s turned off So so noisy , hammer drilling from 0730 Someone hammering the next day (Saturday) from 0700 in the morning Children running about (parents didn’t give a s…t until 0200) banging on doors changing rooms and shouting. Shower sprays out all directions apart from straight down Shower doesn’t stay on the holder flops down like an old man’s (well, use your imagination) This place makes the Overlook look divine AVOID or you’ll be sorry Ps I can’t upload videos of noise etc but only view from my window

The perfect location of the hotel immediately set a happy mood for my experience. It is located in the quiet part of the central street Deribasovskaya and all the iconic landmarks of Odessa are just within walking distance. A wide choice of restaurants, coffee shops, pizzerias to suit any taste and budget are just around a corner. That is truly convenient and time-saving. Another thing that impressed me in the hotel was the quality of the building which is an architectural heritage featuring thick walls, high ceilings, and wide windowsills. At the same time, it is harmoniously combined with modern amenities and creates comfortable atmosphere. The staff of the hotel was friendly and accommodating. They showed me the rooms in the other part of the hotel with beautiful views over the sea and terraces. These were awesome and I dream about staying there one day in the future!
