Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn Odessa

Let me start by saying I'm a Diamond Member with Hilton Hotels. The Hilton Garden Inn issues a $10 credit per day / per person (2 max) to eat at their restaurant or buy items from their pantry. My wife and I stayed for 3 days and got items from the pantry each day. A day at the hotel is from the check-in time of 3pm to the check-out time of 11am. On the first day my wife went down at 10:30am to get our pantry items before the 11am cut-off. The hotel workers typically write down what we buy to enter later. According to the hotel computer, we spent $40 on the second day because they failed to enter our $20 purchase on the first day. The manager refused to fix the bill and issue the credit for the first day. He could have looked up the front desk security video to verify my story, but he refused to. This hotel is old and outdated. The bathtub in our hotel room was rusty and peeling about the overflow drain. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. One of the dresser drawers kept sliding open and wouldn't stay shut.

The Odessa Trip, Like so many f my west Tx trips, stated with a long road trip. Arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn Odessa was simply a pleasure. The property was warm and inviting, the staff made the check in process simple and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. All you could hope for on a business trip w=away from home. Great Job! See you next time I'm in Odessa!

Not so good. Didnt get checked in for at least a hour. They said they couldnt find my reservation. Not too well experience all together

My room had rust in the bath tub. Which was also the case with the two other rooms in our group. Our stay was good. Got some good quality sleep which is most important. This hotel was close to the venue I was at most of the day. I arrived in Odessa at 9 am and didn’t get to check into the hotel until after 5pm. That was quite a chore to run around all day without the ability to get some rest. My check out was 11:00 am. I will definitely look into check in and check out times a bit closer next time before I book.

Upon entering the property the hotel looked and smelled very clean. Loved the on property bar and restaurant was a plus. Lots of areas in lobby to sit and socialize would definitely visit again.

Part of my experience was my fault. I asked for a Room, 2 Queen Beds, Accessible (Mobility & Hearing, 3X3 Shower) when I arrived the room was not available. After 30 mins I was offered connecting rooms at an extra charge. This was an unexpected expense. I accepted the offer as I had no other viable choice. Other than that we had a nice stay.

The hotel was clean as well as the service at the counter, bar and restaurant were all excellent.

This was my second stay at Hilton Garden Inn Odessa. After staying at a few other places in the area I have settled on this hotel as my "go to" when visiting my family. The lobby has a warm, homey atmosphere, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the breakfast is darn tasty. In the evenings they also have a nice happy hour. I should also commend the staff who are so kind. No question, I will be back. Maybe I'll see you there!

I have been coming to this location for a few years. Each time it seems to be getting worse. I have had issues previously with no hot water for my morning shower and no A/C in the lobby and bar area but I have now reached my limit. Please look at pictures from my latest experience. The floors are very dated and nasty. I am a Diamond member and will be choosing alternative properrties going forward.

I loved the location and had such a nice, comfortable stay. The receptionist Gracie was very pleasant and helpful with directions and great places to eat. I am unfamiliar with the area so I needed help. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, bed extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. He brought me another coffee maker after midnight when I called that mine wasn't working correctly.

Andrea was very courteous and helpful in every way possible. With directions to the best eating places. And where to enjoy some places to blow off some steam and our Business Meetings. A Very wonderful experience you will definitely have my Business Back Again. Thank You.
