The Trellis House is beautiful and well decorated. The staff (& owners) are friendly, personable and very attentive. The location is perfect and the breakfast and happy hour snacks are fantastic. This was our first trip to Maine and Ogunquit and it won't be our last!

Our stay at the Blue Shutters was more than we expected! Lawrence and Glen were amazing, accommodating to us when we needed to add an extra night due to flight issues. The breakfast was delicious. We can’t wait to come back! A home away from home.

Cozy rooms, nice decor, clean and organized! Glen, Laurence and staff are Super Hosts. From the moment you get there they make you feel special. The breakfast and afternoon happy hours have the best ever culinary treats ! Location is perfect too! Definitely a place to return to 💕

This is my 3rd time staying at Trellis House. Everything is top notch, the wonderful breakfasts, location,and beautiful rooms. It’s great seeing Laurence,Glen Bentley, and the great staff. It’s in a beautiful area of Ogunquit, the MarginalWay, incredible restaurants, and other tourist attractions are nearby. Look forward to going in the future.

Another wonderful stay (my third visit) at the Trellis House. I looked forward to it all summer and I was not disappointed. Lawrence, Glen and staff work diligently to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. The property is a short walk to the center of Ogunquit (less than 10 minutes) with multiple restaurants and shops to explore and about a 12 minute walk to Perkins Cove with more stores and restaurants or benches to sit on and enjoy the views and people watch. The afternoon cocktail hour at the Trellis House is a nice way to connect with fellow travelers and staff.

When looking for a B&B with warm charm and incredible food this is your place. The hosts and staff were very attentive. When asking about a dinner location we were given a recommendation to a restaurant that required a reservation. Laurence called ahead and got us in last minute. We were "A" listers with his request!

Yet another lovely experience at the Trellis House. I’m almost hesitant to extol all the wonderful things about this property and the staff and owners’ excellence in customer service… but I will at the risk of their rooms booking up quickly every season! It’s all in the details. At every turn, every bit of communication, you feel welcomed, at home, and your needs accommodated. Their breakfasts are fantastic. Location is divine, with direct access to the breathtaking Marginal Way.

The trip to Ogunquit is worth it for a stay at the Trellis House and Blue Shutter Inn, alone. Laurence and Glen have do not hold back in their hospitality. And it shows: the rooms are beautiful, the common areas gorgeous, and breakfast is a culinary experience. Happy Hour with our fellow travelers was a highlight of our vacation. The quintessential Coast Maine B&B experience. We'll be back.

Beautiful property and the attention to detail is amazing! We stayed in the Camden Cottage which is adorably cute, well appointed and very private. It's like having your own little Maine seaside cottage, but with all the amenities. We highly recommend the breakfast as well. Unbelievably delicious and very special. All in all, an unforgettable experience!
