During my stay, there was an unexpected earthquake, but I was so impressed by how the staff handled the situation. They kept everyone informed and checked in regularly to ensure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference during a challenging time. And let me tell you about the incredible assistance I received when my car ran out of battery. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me out, contacting the necessary services and ensuring everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Close to Oita Station (walking distance) lots of restaurants nearby and convenient store.

Hotel will charge for cleaning room which is very unusual in hotel industry!

Very nice hotel include onsen service, with free noodle in the evening , ice cream . I will highly recomened this hotel if people travel around Japan with good service

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

excellent location but the room a little small for 2persons and the bed was too soft

屋上に温泉があって、チェックインから朝10時まで、時間を気にせず入れるのがすごく良いです✨ 駅から近くて便利だし、21時半以降には無料でラーメンもいただけて、良いホテルでした。 冷蔵庫にお水とお菓子入れててくれたのも、ほっこりしました。 残念だったのは、部屋のシャワー室の鏡が汚れていたこと。 自分も使わなかったし、使う人は少ないと思います。 ただ位置的に、お手洗い行く時に毎回鏡が見えてしまうので、しょんぼりしました。 鏡もキレイに掃除してもらうか、シャワー室の扉閉めておいてもらえたら良いのでは？と思います。

Besonders das im Dachgeschoss gelegene Onsen sei hier erwähnt, welches nach anstrengenden Ausflügen in die Umgebung der Stadt für Entspannung sorgt.
