The suite was dirty. Hair in the shower, a wad of hair in the toilet when I walked into my room late last night. The air/heat didn’t work at all. There was no hot water for me to shower this morning. I even waited for 2 hrs and still no hot water. The best thing about my stay was the breakfast. The little bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash must have been for show because it get were empty. When I checked in the gentleman behind the desk was like Oh a suite let me see if I have any. I had a reservation so why was this an issue. Never again will I stay here. Not worth the cost.

The room was not cleaned properly( there was old trash and items from the previous person), and was not notified that the pool and gym was out of order which was a main reason why I booked this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Room condition was meh. We found an empty soda can in the window and the coffee table came apart when we moved it.

Doing a roadtrip from east coast to west coast. Made reservations at the last min. I brought my dogs and they were very accommodating. Room was clean, breakfast was alright. The new girl at the front desk was very friendly and super nice.. she is a trooper. Someone called in and she ended up working
a double shift. And she was doing a great job. Thank you

I specifically booked this property because it listed an indoor pool! I had 2 kids that were only wanting to swim. Had the whole evening planned around swimming. Well got there and checked in to dind out the pool was broke. And had been beoke for 2 weeks. I was bery disappointed.

The presidential suite is by far my favorite.
Steve was working over night and training a new girl, but he still managed to get everything done within 15 minutes after I reserved the room and arrived at the front desk. 10/10.
