MANAGERMENT ARE THIEVES, DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! Management stole money from me, lied and have avoided my phone calls and emails. Back in April 2021I stayed a week at this location as I was looking for a rental property to rent. I was charged for a pet cleaning fee when my animals are registered service animals. Upon disputing this with my bank the manager declined the dispute and said that they would return the funds. I never received a refund, I was presented a receipt that says they did it however upon taking that receipt to my bank I was asked for a Visa Trace #. I reached back out to Hampton in and have attempted several times over the span of several months to contact them, requesting a visa trace # and neither the ASM nor Manger (Bitz) would return my phone calls nor respond to my emails and provide me with the visa trace #. I attempted to go to Hilton Customer Service and they cannot do anything because its individually managed. So now I share with this to the world, if you have the option to stay at another location i absolutely urge you to do so! This is probably get deleted by paying some fee however I will continue to post until my matter is appropriately handled.

We have stayed at this property many times. This time there was construction ongoing for our entire stay of six nights, including days with no water. I would think that should have been disclosed PRIOR to checking in so we could have had the option of staying elsewhere. Our room was on the third floor, the construction was on the second floor. Every morning banging, three days with the water shut off mid afternoon. And the construction vehicles took up rows of overnight parking, which left your guests trying to find a spot and walking long distances at night. I would expect more from Marriott, the very least a prior notification so it wouldn't have been a surprise on our vacation, and a discount on the room which was not as expected. The breakfast offerings are minimal, not what they were. Instant oatmeal, no fresh fruit other than bananas, no waffle station. Packaged items and instant eggs ... Our room was clean, as was the lobby and breakfast area. The hallways and stairs had not been vacuumed the entire week of our stay.
